“Jay is the best! I travel a lot for work and never have to worry about my pups. They have a great time with him and are always happy when I come home. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer has been sitting and boarding our dog Kody for about two years. She is very reliable and takes great care of our little guy. In seeing how happy he is to see her, that says a lot.”

“Eliana was AMAZING with my 2 kitties. I was anxious to leave my oldest bc he was recently diagnosed with HCM, but Eliana put me completely at ease with her knowledge, skills, & experience. She did a great job giving him his meds 2x/day and keeping me updated on both boys with adorable photos. She truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend her & hope to book with her again in the future!”

About: I’m a daycare teacher and babysitter who absolutely loves caring for both kids and pets! I’ve dog sat twice so far, and it’s quickly become something I really enjoy. I love being around different pets—their personalities are so fun, and I’m always learning something new from each one. I’m very patient, loving, and attentive, and I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I’d love to keep growing in pet care and make this a regular part of what I do! I work full-time as a daycare teacher Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, but I’m still able to balance pet care reliably. When house sitting, I stay in the client’s home to ensure consistent care. I take care of pets in the mornings before work, check in during breaks when needed, and give them full attention once I’m off. I make sure they are fed, walked, and comfortable throughout the day, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being while maintaining a structured routine. On weekends I’m 100% available! I don’t have pets of my own yet! But When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help the pet feel comfortable and safe. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get regular potty breaks and walks. I also spend time playing with them, giving attention, and making sure they feel calm and not lonely. I keep the home clean by picking up after the pet and following any specific instructions the owner provides. I also check in with updates when needed so the owner feels reassured while they’re away.
About: I have been a pet owner, dog and cat lover all my life. I can't remember a time when I didn't have a pet.I have cared for dogs, cats, birds and other pets for family and friends and also as part of my duties at a former employer. A warm greeting for your dog , a good workout, or a leisurely walk. Your pet's safety, security, and happiness are of utmost importance to me. I will provide daily reports on time of walk, length of stay, bathroom habits, check food , water. I will always place the keys in a secure location and lock the house when leaving. I am available for pet sitting in your home as I believe pets are more comfortable in their own home. I'm open most days. I'm semi-retired and my schedule is pretty flexible. For daily walk and visit 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Mon-Fri . I will care for your pets, and try to closely match the routine you have for your pet. Will crate them if that is your preference after a daily visit. Feeding walking etc to fit your needs

“Ryan is great with our dog Wylder. He drops in over the weekend and takes him for walks/potty breaks. He sends photos of him playing and info on what they did. Wylder definitely seems happier and calmer since Ryan has been dropping in.”

About: I’m not doing this as a side hobby—I live this every day with my own pets. I understand behavior, energy levels, and how to keep animals calm, happy, and cared for. Your pet won’t just be watched—they’ll be understood, respected, and spoiled (in the best way). Because I work from home, I’m around throughout the day and can easily build pet care into my daily routine. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to handle feedings, walks, and playtime consistently while making sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care. I have a fenced in yard and my 3 dogs play well with others,I also have 2 cats but they stay in one part of the house and usually let the digs do thsir own thing.
About: Hello! My name is Amberly. If you are looking for someone to love on your pets, look no further. Even though I devoted my education to assisting with the health and care of people, my first love has always truly been with animals. I simply can't imagine life without them! I have successfully fostered multiple dogs through Caitlyn's Vine of Bravery Dog Rescue and Lifeline Animal Shelter. I also have experience with walking dogs and have received many positive reviews including being extra caring! I truly believe a life without animals is not a life at all! Any animal in my care will be treated like my own child. If you need someone to care for your pet while you work or vacation, please give me a try! I work a flexible schedule as I partially work from home running my own business and pick up at the hospital from time to time I live in a townhome with a senior chihuahua and a small fenced in patio. My neighborhood is dog friendly and is nice for walks. Dogs would be with hanging out with me at home or hanging out at a fun park somewhere. When I have to briefly leave, I do prefer either crating or leaving them in my room with water and pads.

About: I’ve been a proud dog mom for over 10 years and have spent my life around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Being with dogs comes naturally to me, and I genuinely love getting to know what makes each pup unique. I’m always learning and adapting to your dog’s individual needs, because providing loving, attentive care is my top priority. When I’m caring for your dog, whether we’re playing, walking, or just hanging out, my focus is fully on making them feel happy, safe, and loved. I’m more than happy to take your pup to the dog park for fresh air, exercise, and social time with other dogs while you’re away. I also have a dog of my own, my “biological child”, a 6 year old black Lab mix who’s still full of energy and keeps life fun and active. I work as a photographer, which means I’m home about 80% of the time. This gives me great flexibility for drop-in visits and allows me to accommodate last minute bookings when life gets busy or plans change. When caring for your pup, I aim to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. Whether that means walks, trips to the dog park, or sticking to the activities they already love, I’m happy to follow what works best for them so they feel right at home. I work as a photographer, which means I’m home about 80% of the time. I typically work 1 wedding every weekend and I will be out of the home for about 6-8 hours. Every other day I will be working from home. This makes tailoring my schedule to fit your pups need very easy for me. I live in a wooded area that has a lot of grass, which is perfect for those long (leashed) walks. I do have a dog of my own, Leia, who can be a great companion to your pup while you are away. My condo is a 2BD (1200 sq ft) which provides ample room for your pet to explore. There is even a balcony :) I also have a crate for Leia and she is crate trained, in the event your dog needs a break from her.
About: I am a proud dog mommy for over a decade. I did agility training with Winston, and Chance is a certified therapy dog with special needs. I can teach your dog basic puppy manners, having trained all three as AKC Canine Good Citizens with positive reinforcement techniques. My three dogs are spoiled with toys, walks, and each has their own couch. They stay in their crates when I have conference calls and roam around otherwise. All three are rescues: I am passionate about unlocking the sweet happy personality of each dog. We have about .25 acres of fenced yard. We don’t use synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilizers on our lawn or plants for safety of all animals great and small. We have three guest bedrooms that can be used as dog daycare boarding areas. It’s your preference if you want us to baby gate large rooms or if you would like a private room for your dog baby. I work full-time from home from my dining room, so your dogs would be slowly introduced to the various baby gated zones of our first floor to make them feel comfortable. We have communal dog beds around the house and we let them sleep on the couches too. We don’t have things around to allow for table surfing. We only board crate-trained dogs, to avoid food aggression encounters. We always put dogs in crates if left unattended as a safety precaution. We walk them around the neighborhood at least 1 mile after work or early morning, when it is cooler. At night, we always do a potty break before bed around 10 pm.
About: I have loved dogs since I was 5 years old! It is a passion to know many personalities. I will dedicate the days for the dogs. so they can feel happy when the owners are far. I am trying to transition to more work from home and I do online classes. My partner loves dogs as much as me and learns to take care from the smallest to the biggest dogs. I will give my 110% to take care of each animal that comes to my home and love it unconditionally. I will give updates to parents to ensure the safety of their animals.

About: I grew up with cats, fish and hermit crabs. It wasn’t till high school that I learned to love snakes and other reptiles that I’d never interacted with before. My degree is in parks and museum education so I spent much of my time at our nature center caring for all the animals we kept. I’ve been actively pet sitting since college. I have spent many years caring for children and pets in between my jobs in the film & TV industry. I work full time for a few weeks at a time and then I have a week or so off. In most recent years that has looked like nannying and dog /cat sitting through word of mouth. So new to the app way of doing this but not new to pet sitting. I’m excited to meet more people and the pets they love. I’m pictured with my snake named Alfredo. I work in film and TV and will be between projects for 1-5 weeks at a time. I can’t take any pet sitting while on a project but my days are fully flexible and available when I’m not. Following owner’s instructions on pet care and keeping them updated throughout the time of care. Having them provide emergency contacts for veterinary care, just in case.

About: I have several years of experience caring for pets, including walking dogs, overnight dog sitting, and drop-in cat sitting. I also have a dog of my own, Penny, who is energetic and loves to play! As an active college student studying environmental science, I love spending time outdoors and around animals, and I’d be excited to keep dogs active and happy while providing dependable and attentive pet care! I'm currently a part-time student and have plenty of time for drop-in visits during the morning on weekdays or during weekends. I am very active and have plenty of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds as well as cats of all ages, so I would be happy to look after your pets and give them some love! Visits will vary based on the specific needs of your pet. For dogs, I will give them fresh water, bathroom breaks, and play with them. I am also happy to play in the yard with more energetic dogs! For cats, I will give them fresh water, clean litter boxes, and make sure to give them plenty of attention as well. I am experienced with giving medicine to dogs, so if that is needed I'm happy to do it!
About: Hello! I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I've taken care of dogs since I was a kid, because I grew up with them, but I've worked with dogs professionally for about five years -- mostly woven in with my nannying duties. I look at every dog I meet as a new relationship that I'm building. I love that they each have their own personalities. I love to take a dog for a walk in their own neighborhood, and discover the ways that they communicate while they're on a walk. I learn so much from them! Aside from dog walking, I am an artist and a teacher. I've worked in childcare since 2021; I'm responsible, dependable, and friendly. I can administer medication if needed. Let's discuss how I can help you take care of your pets through regular walks + check-ins! Right now, I nanny in the afternoons M-Th (where I actually walk their dog as soon as I get there!), so my mornings are available for dog walking. F/Sat/Sun, I have open availability. I'm an experienced housesitter, so I am comfortable with door keys/codes, etc. and will treat your space with the same respect that I treat my own home. All you have to do is set me up with the door access and tell me where the leash and bags are, and me and your pup be off, for however long you'd like their walk to last.
Stone Mountain dog parents share their Rover experiences
Amazing!!! Jackie took amazing care of my deaf boxer and gave him some much needed training! I also left my little anxious puppy home for the first time and she made sure she was safe and happy the whole time! We had a lot of things going on at our house while she was there, construction workers coming in and out, our heat was broken, etc. I was very nervous but Jackie handled it with ease and was great about communicating everything! Will 100% be booking with her whenever I am out of town. Thank you so much!!
Fantastic pet care! I'm so glad to have a care provider in the neighborhood who can pop in on my fur babies throughout the days I'm on a trip. Highly recommend Colin for all your drop-in needs; they are really great with animals and communicate well about care.

Deiondre was great!!! My dogs are older, and one of them requires a little more care than the average. Deiondre was happy to come over before the requested dates so that I could introduce him to the dogs. He provided pictures and lots of communication, which was exactly what I needed to be assured the dogs were okay. They are my babies, and I can be overprotective of their happiness. Deiondre put me at ease. I will definitely use him again, and I highly recommend you use him too.
