“Joanna was great with Kobe! She was super reliable, always on time for her drop-ins, and kept me in the loop the whole time with excellent communication. Will definitely be booking her again!”

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. I love animals and used to pet sit regularly for other families before I was married. I am currently working part-time out of my home and have extra time to help out others that are not able to be at home or need an extra hand. I just recently lost our 10 year old dog so do not currently have a pet in my home. We have an excellent neighborhood for walking. I work from home and have a flexible schedule.

“My kitties love when Liberty comes to visit! They’re spoiled with love and care, and she caters to each kitty’s individual needs. I’m so grateful for the thorough visit notes keeping me in the loop. I know my cats are forming a special bond with Liberty which is such a blessing! Not to mention the adorable photos and videos we receive while we’re away help us feel completely at ease! We highly recommend Liberty!”

“Alletta is an amazing pet sitter and really enjoys the pets (in our case, dogs). Our dogs completely bonded with her and were obviously happy to see her. Alletta also noticed a leak in our hose nozzle and turned the water off, so it would not continue to leak.”
“Savanna was great! My regular sitter had an emergency and Savanna really helped me out. She was prompt and kind in all her communication. She was wonderful with my puppy Louie and I would 100% hire her again. Definitely recommend!”

“I had a great experience! She came by to walk and feed my dog and did an excellent job. She was on time, followed all of my instructions, and made sure my pup was well taken care of. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in good hands when I’m away. I would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

About: I have 2 dogs myself and I love taking them for starbucks runs! I love walking and playing with them and I can’t wait to do the same with yours! I do work at Texas Roadhouse (mainly the afternoons) about 3 days a week but I can always make time for the animals and work around that schedule! Other than that I am free! I have a fenced in yard and 2 loving dogs that loves to play! I can’t crate your dog if needed but I also can let them lay out on the couch!
About: I have personal and professional experience with watching dogs and I’m a huge animal lover. My rates are low because I’m just starting out on Rover, I’ve only done pet sitting for family and friends. I have a very energetic 2 year old who I spend a lot of time outside with, so they’ll get plenty of playtime. I have lots of time for playing or walking while we’re outside. And during nap times we all get to take a break inside for a couple hours to snooze 💤 I take my dog/s on a walk 2x a day and a few hours for supervised free play, on 1 acre of unfenced yard. Plenty of toys and treats can be provided and no bed or sofa is off limits to any fur baby.
About: I have over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I have owned and cared for my dog, Luna, since she was just 2 months old, giving me experience with everything from puppy care and training to daily exercise, feeding, grooming, and providing lots of love and attention. Growing up, I also helped care for my family's dogs, which taught me responsibility and how to meet the unique needs of different pets. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treating them like part of the family. 🐾💕 I spend most of my time with work, and with my dog outside that is why pet care will fit into my daily routine smoothly, since I am pretty much an outside person all day. I care for my pets just as I would my babies I provide water and food and plenty of toys. I will make sure that they are outside releasing energy and also inside doing stimulatory games. I have games that consist of finding treats, and even some that consist cold treats.
About: I have been dog sitting since I was 14 years old, I currently care for a blind dog that also needs insulin shots twice a day so I am comfortable with shots and also giving medicine to animals. I am comfortable with large and small animals including cats! I will always care for animal as if they were my own. I make my own work schedule with my current job so I am flexible with being able to stop in for visits and play time or a nice long walk! The only day of the week that I am not available at the moment is Sunday! I absolutely love walking/ running dogs as I love to be outside and active! My dog is super sweet and loves other dogs to play with!
“Rachelle was amazing; checked in on Janus 3 times while I was out of town last minute. Janus is a very timid dog who requires a lot of reassurance after spending over a year bouncing around shelters and homes. Rachelle was willing to wait for Janus to feel comfortable and made sure she was well loved for while I was gone.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Hoschton with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
