“Delmina was awesome with Titus. She was very loving and caring with him. In fact she spoiled him rotten! She treated him like one of her own. I will and have recommended her to friends interested in her services.”

“We truly appreciate Yanjin for looking after our dog well. Receiving pictures of him almost every day helped ease our minds and reduced how much we missed him. A special thank you for taking him on walks a couple of times—he really loves his walks. It seems like our dog had a wonderful time staying with her.”

“Diana was wonderful. I appreciated that she accommodated our situation on short notice and made modifications so that my dog was as comfortable as possible. Appreciate her flexibility.”

“Virgina was wonderful! It was our pups first stay with her and it went very well. Our pup is very nervous and unsure with people she does not know, she warmed up to Virgina quickly. I would certainly recommend Virgina!”

“Our little Levi had a great time with Sushma and her little one Frosty. Levi was very well taken care of and happy. He definitely wasn’t sad to see us go as he felt very comfortable right away. I highly recommend Sushma. She sends pictures and videos often letting me know all is good.”

“We love boarding our dog Winston with James. We know Winston is in great hands and will have a wonderful time, so we can take trips guilt-free and worry-free. Although we have other options, we know Winston will get the most loving attention and have the best time with James. Highly recommended!”

“Savannah was great! Our dog had a blast while staying with her. My wife loved getting pictures and videos while we were gone. Definitely will be using Savannah again!”

“Tracey had excellent communication and excellent care for our dogs. When we first arrived our dogs went right up to her and were happy to be with her. She had a small fenced in yard which our goldendoodle enjoyed. We would definitely use her for dog sitting again.”

“Mrs. Tara was absolutely amazing with our baby Kora! She was so kind and attentive, and had no problem accommodating Kora’s special needs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Kora was in such great hands. Her communication was great — she kept us updated with messages and pictures throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

About: Me and my fiance love animals and have 5 dogs and 1 cat of our own. We have 20 years of experience caring for all types of dogs from small to large and many different breeds as well as cats. We both have experience administering medicine and allergy shots if needed. We also have experience with dogs not potty trained. References can be provided upon request. I work full time but am blessed to have a flexible schedule and my fiance Bryan is home full time so we are able to accommodate many schedules including same day services. We have a fenced in backyard as well as a room that is dedicated to overnight guests so they have their own safe space to decompress. Our yard is mowed and kept clean of debris.

“Bailey is our go-to person for Nero! She takes excellent care of him and always keeps us updated. We are very grateful to have found someone we can trust and count on whenever we need someone to watch him. ❤️🐕🦺🐾🦴”

“Erica is one of the most responsible, communicative dog sitters I have ever had care for my dog. She has a huge heart for pets and taking care of them. I will definitely book Erica the next time I need drop-in care. She took great care of my dog and property.”

“This is the second time I've booked with Adriana, and she is great. I get daily updates (with pictures and videos) so I'm beginning to think that they like her place better than my own.”

“Stephanie was an amazing sitter for my dog, Esjay! She sent daily videos and photos and let me know every time he successfully ate his medicine. She also gave him tons of love and belly rubs. Her dogs are super sweet and my dog who doesn’t usually play with other pups, loved playing with her dog, Buddy! We felt that she was the best sitter for us because of her attention to detail during the meet & greet. We will continue to use and book with her. Thank you, Stephanie!! ?❤️”
About: Experienced. Compassionate. Dedicated to Your Dog. I’m a certified dog behaviorist with over 15 years of hands-on experience fostering, training, and caring for dogs of all backgrounds and needs. My experience includes basic to advanced training, puppies, special-needs dogs, working-line K9s, behavioral challenges, and so much more. I believe dogs thrive when they are given the right balance of structure, mental stimulation, physical activity, and comfort. During their stay, I focus on keeping each dog active, engaged, and happy while also creating a safe and comfortable environment where they can truly relax. My goal is simple: for every dog to return home happier, more confident, and better equipped than when they arrived. I treat every dog as an individual and tailor their care and training to their unique personality, needs, and goals. Because your dog deserves more than just a place to stay — they deserve an experience that helps them thrive. I’m a full-time dog trainer, which means I spend the majority of my time at home while caring for your pets. Your dog will receive hands-on attention, structure, and supervision throughout their stay. Every dog will have a minimum of three outings each day, including potty breaks, playtime, walks, and even some time soaking up the sun if that’s what they enjoy. I believe dogs should have the opportunity to stay active while also having time to relax and feel comfortable in their environment. I start by giving each dog individual one-on-one time so I can learn their personality, comfort level, and needs. Depending on your dog’s temperament and your preferences, they may also be paired with other dogs who are a good match. Group interaction is always based on the owner’s request and what is appropriate for each dog. Interested in park walks or additional outings during your dog’s stay? Please request this in advance. Park outings depend on the season, weather conditions, and whether the activity is appropriate for your individual dog. All outdoor activities are fully supervised. Your dog will also have a consistent daily routine, including scheduled meal times, potty breaks, activity, rest, and plenty of personal attention. For their protection and peace of mind, dogs are crated in their own individual, secure spaces during nighttime and any extended periods when they cannot be directly supervised. This helps prevent accidents, unwanted interactions, and unnecessary stress while maintaining a safe environment for every dog in my care. I also have interior security cameras throughout my home to provide an additional layer of supervision and security while your dog is staying with me.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
