About: I am a 39 year old man with a remote job so I'm home all day. I have always had a dog in my house since I was a small child. I have trained my own puppies and also taken care of friends' and families' pets for years. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a neutered 11 month old Australian shepherd to play with your dog. I will never have more than 2 dog guests so you don't have to worry about your dog getting individual attention. I work from home so can take dogs out as often as necessary. For adult dogs, I usually let them out into my yard at least 5 times a day, or more if they need to go out or if it is a puppy or older dog. If the dog is in good health, we will go on at least one long walk in the neighborhood in the afternoon as well as playing with my dog in my yard. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take pride in adapting to their specific needs. Whether they need long nature walks, cuddles, or simply some alone time, they will receive exactly that. To ensure your complete peace of mind while away, I will also provide frequent photo and video updates! As a university student with in-person classes only twice a week, I have a highly flexible schedule. I'm available almost any day of the week for boarding and dog/cat sitting. While my weekly schedule changes based on my studies and schoolwork, any pet care can be placed between them all. If there is a day or time you need me to be available that is not on my availability, I am always happy to negotiate! In my home, I adapt the pets' schedule to the way my home is. I have plenty of roaming space inside, but also outside for pets (leashed) that enjoy being outside and exploring. If your dog is crate-trained and needs to be in theirs, I can easily crate them. I also have 4 friendly cats that can keep your pet company, but if your pet does not like other animals, I also have the layout to keep them safely separated.
