About: My names Rosa and ever since I was little I’ve always loved cats and dogs. I started taking care of my families pets when I was 12 and realized how much fun it was to meet different dogs and create bonds! I think pets are just like any other member of the family and deserve to be treated as such. I view dogs the same way as kids, and just like kids they deserve all the love in the world! Most of my parents animals are older and require medication, so I am experienced with giving medicine to animals. I am currently in Physical Therapy school at Brenau University here in Gainesville. I am typically free on weekends to drop in and tend to your fur baby or have them stay at my house! I have a fenced in dog park I take my dog to so she can run around and play. I never take dogs out of the house off leash and always make sure their harness or collar is secure before going outside
“I knew Sierra was going to be great from when we first met. She is very kind and with a background in veterinary nursing, she is over qualified to drop in and check up on Millie. She went above and beyond and even started to try to train Millie from her first visit. Couldn't ask for better service. I am looking forward to booking Sierra again in the future to help with taking care of Millie.”

“We have used Maya several times, she's great! We have an elderly cat that needs meds daily. It's so comforting to know when I'm not there I can rely on Maya to check on my old girl ♥️”

I make sure your animal always has their needs met no matter the circumstance.

About: animal lover here! I grew up in a household with dogs and have been caring for dogs from high energy puppies to gentle seniors. I treat every dog like my family, making sure they get plenty of cuddles, walks, and their own attention. I am patient, observant, diverse, and will maintain your dogs routine to keep them happy and stress free. Your dogs safety is my top priority. I’m working full time, so truthfully I can make time for different types of schedules as needed. I can work weekdays from early mornings to 6:30pm. Weekends I can work early mornings and early afternoons, but unfortunately I cannot work Sundays. It is clean animal friendly with plenty of room for smaller dogs, gates blocking stair entrances and items out of reach for pets. I do have my own pet who is small and friendly and can be separated from yours if needed. My clients home will be treated with care, following routine instructions, and will keep you updated with everything.

“Kassidy was awesome with our pets while we went on Vacation. She came every day and spent time with them and fed them while keeping me updated with photos which gave me peace knowing they were safe. Will be using her again”

“Isabelle is a delight and my cats did well with her care. Domino has a med to take twice a day and she was conscientious in making sure he took it. I have had several different caregivers for them over the last few years and this is the first time I came home to sandboxes cleaned like I clean them. Their bowls and spoons were clean and the litter had been put into the large trash container before we came home. She spent time giving them extra attention.”

About: I’ve stayed in households with many pets from reptiles to dogs and cats. I’ve house sat many times for pets. And I’d like to think animals like me as much as I like them Currently a college football who has a lot of free time in the off season and on weekends. Trying to fill this time with something productive but good for me Animals are always happy with me…wether that be because of treats or how I treat them I make sure that animals have been properly fed and took to the bathroom
“Jordan was fabulous! She was able to administer oral calming medication to our cat during our absence which we have not been able to do and she sent great reports and pictures. She did everything we asked her to do. We plan to use her again if we need a pet sitter.”

Gainesville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lisa was a wonderful sitter! We had a lovely meet & greet the week before. She made all her visits on time, sent visit details promptly after, and my anxious little rescue pup seemed to warm up to her quickly! I came home to a happy healthy dog and a well cared-for house. I’ll absolutely book visits with Lisa again, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dogsitter in the Gainesville area.
