I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! Previously worked for Barking Hound Village in Buckhead as a dog handler supervising over (at most) 20+ dogs at a time. I have experience caring for dogs of all temperaments and ages- and other pets including cats, birds, rats, and reptiles. I also have care experience with sphynx cats, as I have one of my own. I have a full time job currently and am on a rotating schedule, so I am typically free after 6pm everyday. Schedule is free and open every other weekend. I am available every calendar holiday. I am flexible and happy to accommodate myself to whatever environment and play your pet feels happiest in. My own pets cannot sleep on their own- lol.

About: Recent empty nester- let me love on your babies! I love both cats and dogs equally. Currently only offering 'in your home' house/dog sitting, drop-ins and walks. I work full-full time, M-F 7am-4:30pm. I enjoy running and also hiking the various mountains around the North Georgia area, but also love to curl up on the couch and watch TV for hours at a time. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs over the past couple years. I’ve considered getting a big dog for myself, but I do enjoy watching them for awhile and then having them go back to their owners I currently work from home as a mortgage originator. I will be around most of the time for your dog or cat. I bring your dog for several walks per day (depending on the dog) and I have a yard. I only board one dog at a time, unless you own two dogs that need to be boarded. This way, your dog will get my full attention and you will not have to worry about your dog getting along with another dog. For dogs in my home, they be with me in my front room all day. I’d walk them several times a day, usually a mile or two depending upon the size of the dog. I also have a fairly large yard for dogs that like to run or play fetch.
About: I have had animals in my family since I was barely walking. I currently have two dogs and two cats. I took care of my neighborhood feral and stray cats for years and have fostered dogs. I am self employed and work from home and my afternoons and weekends have had some free time. About: I used to have a successful pet-sitting business where dogs could stay at my house overnight, instead of being stuck in overnight kennels. I had regular clients, but had to end it because I was in high school and doing other extracurricular activities. I've had dogs since I was a small child. They are my family and I would do anything for them. Knowing how much my dogs mean to me, I will treat other's dogs like I would my own. My schedule is very flexible and I have reliable transportation. I think it's very important to make sure dogs are comfortable, happy, and given the care each individual dog requires. Having the opportunity to work with dogs would be something I would love to do- it wouldn't feel like work.

“Chayna was a great Rover while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. She sent photos everyday of my dog (Border Collie Mix) doing various activities so we knew he was doing well. She even made special accommodations for thanksgiving by giving him special treats and taking him on a hike. He came back happy and healthy. She had a lot of space for Cooper to run around and accommodated our special request to not let him on the bed at night.
