About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of my own and those belonging to friends and family for years. I have no problem feeding, exercising, playing with, and cleaning up after cats and dogs. I also have experience dispensing medicine and caring for sick cats and dogs. I’m currently working part time, but I should have lots of time off this upcoming month (July/August). I can pet sit on busy days as long as owner is comfortable with me possibly leaving for hours at a time. In my home, I like to keep my cat inside. My back yard is fenced in for our dog. I try my best to keep the house clean and orderly to avoid any potential danger for my pets, and would do the same for yours. For walking, leashes are always a must.

About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

About: I have been a camper (dog-sitter) for service pups in training aged 2-17 months for the Guide Dog Foundation for about 1 year. I live in East Athens about 2 mi from campus but am willing to travel mostly anywhere around Athens if needed. I am pretty flexible on weekends (all-day) and Monday/ Friday afternoons. I am also available some Tuesday-Thursday late afternoons/ evenings but would appreciate more advanced notice. I live in an only partially enclosed apartment complex, so I would keep pets on a leash during any time spent outside unless my client had an enclosed yard.

About: I have been house and dog/pet sitting for the past 5 years and adore working with animals! I am happy to help with pets who are more active and pets who just need someone to give them attention and be a comforting presence. I work with pets of all sizes and have lots of experience with senior pets who need more medical attention- This experience includes giving shots, pills, and applying topical medication! I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care and play with your fur babies! I have a flexible schedule when it comes to fitting in walks and check-ins, I am usually working on weekend mornings and afternoons, but usually only for 4-6 hours at a time! I am currently unable to take care of your pets in my home due to a dog of my own who gets stressed around new animals! I can care for your pets in whatever ways they need, whether it be giving them oodles of attention, talking or singing to them, or simply just be in the room with them as a safe presence to ease yours and their minds!

About: I have been taking care of all sorts pets, of all age ranges, since I was 11, whether it was neighbors, friends or co-workers, people have always relied on me to give adequate care such as playtime, feeding, walks and overall just keeping their beloved pet company! Thanks to so many wonderful recommendations from pet owners, my services have grown and now through Rover, I can reach even more pets who deserve a little extra love! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! I have my own car so commuting will not be a hassle. I may not be able to stay at the house 24/7 but will be able to exceed expectations of adequate care. I will let your dog out a minimum of three times a day, and clean your cats litter box a minimum of twice a day. Give me any instructions for feeding and I will be right on time and do whatever it takes to make sure they are healthy and fed! I play with your furry friends until they are all tuckered out and am willing to do anything to give your pet a comfortable and fun experience!

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

I’m more than happy to accommodate your routine and ensure your pet receives the care, attention, and exercise they deserve when you’re away! While I don’t have a large yard, my neighborhood offers plenty of safe walking trails and a nearby community dog park, giving your pet great opportunities to stay active, happy, and well-exercised.

About: After the passing of my senior dog, Fezzik, I felt the need to share my care for pets with others in my community. With experience volunteering at animal shelters and caring for senior animals, I can be the attentive caregiver your furry companion needs! I currently am starting my career in online teaching and content creation, which means I work from home and have a flexible schedule. With frequent walks already built into my schedule, I am a good fit for pets of any activity level! I live in a gated community with ample space for leashed walks and time in the grass for pets who are boarding. I maintain a clean, second-story apartment which includes a balcony and dog bed. About: Beyond the care for my own personal doggies, I have 5 years of experience working at a premier doggy day care and boarding facility, Camp Bow Wow. Here, I cared for many dogs at once all varying in breeds, size and ages. I was responsible for supervising play time, feeding, administering medications, basic grooming and cleaning. I have also had experience with my own personal pet care boarding service out of my home where I have mostly cared for dogs in my home but have house/farm sat for clients. About: I have always loved animals. I actually have a hard time paying attention to humans when a pet is in the room. I have grown up with several dogs, hamsters, fish, and reptiles. I have several years of dog walking and pet care experience for friends and friends of friends. I am a high energy individual and have plenty of it to share playing with and walking pets. I work from home so I am available to spend time with your pet throughout the day and more than willing to send updates! I am a grad student and am very flexible and willing to take care of a variety of pets in addtion to dogs (e.g. hamsters, rabbits, birds, reptiles, fish, etc.) I am a Grad Student here at the University of Georgia. I live in a dog friendly gated complex that has a small dog park area and is close to several parks and walking trails. I do not have any pets myself so I am completely focused on your furry family member.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a child and have had them all growing up. Professionally I have worked at a overnight dog boarding kennel for two years! I work Monday through Friday with autistic children but I’m available before and after work as well as the whole weekends to take care of your pups! I love to take care of dogs in their own home so that they will feel more safe and secure in the safety of their own space!

About: I own an energetic and loving Australian Shepherd mix. I have taken care of several dogs in the past. This included walking/feeding/sitting with the dogs. I absolutely love walking dogs! I know how hard it is to take care of your pet with a busy schedule, so I can help by taking care of your furry friend! I work 3-4 days a week and have a pretty flexible schedule. My schedule varies week to week, so I should be able to work with you to take care of your dog! I will walk your dog and help them get plenty of exercise. If you have a fenced in backyard, I will let them run around and play. I will give your doggos all the pets and snuggles. You will get lots of pictures of your dog having a great time!
