“Our dog is not your typical happy go lucky pup. She's a rescue and she gets very nervous and withdrawn when she's upset or uncomfortable. She's been boarded 3 times before and every time her ears are back the whole time and we can just tell from her body language that she's not having a good time. She spent 5 days with Rachel and this was the very first time she looked happy in the photos. That's all we can ask for and we will definitely be bringing her back.”

“This was the first time I tried a pet sitter app. My family are my usual dog sitters but they were all unavailable. So I requested Leah because my sister in law told me about her. I was really nervous but my sister in law told me about Rover & Leah and how much my fur nephews loved it there. We had to go on an unexpected trip for a funeral and Leah took care of my girl, Callie & fur nephews. Week before I even dropped off Callie, Leah was responsive to my questions and kind & patient with me. She let me know to create instructions on how to care for Callie & was so sweet & appreciative when I gave her back a full “book” of instructions. She was very reassuring that she & her family would care for Callie really well. Once my husband & I dropped off Callie to Leah, we were given a warm and welcoming greeting. She was inviting and just gave a very calming energy. Her place was clean, full of toys dog safe. Her furniture & products she used felt dog friendly & like a perfect second home for Callie. I felt really good about leaving Callie with her. During the trip we received updates. If I found myself just missing Callie and decided to check in by messaging Leah through the app, she was so responsive!. I knew Leah & her family were giving Callie lots of love & care (made obvious by the pictures sent through rover app). I was able to focus on family during this trip knowing Callie was in great hands! I only left Callie with Leah for 2 nights but, after this experience I would trust Leah to care for Callie for week(s) if needed. In the future, and if need to find care for my dog again, I will hope and pray Leah is available the days I need. She was awesome!!”

“Lanie was my postpartum doula and came to my home 3-4 times a week for almost 4 months, so we’ve spent a significant amount of time together. She was so affectionate and patient with our corgi, Theo, who was adjusting to having a new human brother. Theo likes to jump up to greet humans and we had asked Lanie not to reward his jumping behavior. Lanie was very respectful of our request and would ask Theo to “off” or “sit” and only pet him when he had all paws on the ground. Lanie takes great initiative in her work and will ask relevant questions to ensure she’s being as helpful as possible. I am confident she will make any dog in her care feel safe and loved - after all she looks after newborns and also had a dog of her own for over a decade!”

“I can't recommend Leah enough – she's a true lifesaver when it comes to dog boarding! When our Casey injured her ear, we were so worried, but Leah treated her as if she were her very own. It was more than just boarding; it was like Casey had a holiday of her own! Leah went above and beyond, taking Casey for multiple walks each day and spoiling her with treats. We loved getting frequent updates, complete with adorable photos and videos of Casey enjoying the festive holiday decorations. And talk about pampering – Casey even got a bath and came back to us smelling amazing! Leaving our furry friend behind for a trip was tough, but Leah and her family's incredible care and attention eased our guilt. They made sure Casey had a fantastic time. We're so grateful to have found such a caring and dedicated sitter. Thanks a million, Leah!”
