“We had Pauline step in when our other rover person had to cancel last minute. Pauline was amazing! I didn’t worry once while I was away. She looked after my Labrador and Main Coon cat. My house was exactly how I left it when I got back. Pauline was great at sending me videos and pictures of my fur babies while she was pet sitting. We love Pauline and will definitely be booking her again. I actually think my pets would’ve preferred more time with her ? We knew our dogs would be in good hands when we first met Bruce, and our dogs loved him right away too. He took great care in making sure he understood their daily routine prior to his stay. He sent multiple updates each day, including pictures and videos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. During his stay, we had an issue with the Rover app and Bruce was very patient and understanding while we figured out the issue. He has so many repeat clients and rave reviews for a reason! In the past she watched him in our home, but recently I have begun taking Shadow to stay at her apartment when we go for longer trips. “Christine was so great at communicating from the beginning. She was available to watch Nala in short notice and took such good care of her and my apartment. She checked in constantly and send pictures of Nala throughout the days. When I had a flight delay she was even able to do an extra check-in which I was so grateful for. The whole experience made me feel so at ease that Nala was well taken care of. I’ll definitely reach out to Christine if I ever need someone to watch Nala again, and would 100% recommend her to my friends and family.”
