About: Great to meet you! I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals (dogs especially). To fulfill my wish to have a pet, I began volunteering at a local animal shelter and would frequently visit just to spend time with some of the animals and give them some love. There, I was able to learn how to better care for our furry friends, both elderly and young. Being able to play with them was just a bonus for me! While your dog is with me they will have access to a big fenced yard to play in and enjoy. If you'd prefer them to stay in their natural environment, that's fine too! Whatever makes them most comfortable, I'm happy to provide. Every pet's needs & wants are different, which I take the time to acknowledge when caring for them. I'd love to start our mornings off with a nice hike or walk at my nearby beach. Working from home, your pets will get plenty of time and attention in my care! While boarding, they will have access to roam and play about in a fenced in yard under my supervision. Rest assured, I will take care of your babies as if they were my own. Making sure also to give you daily updates so you know your pup is well cared for!

I follow feeding schedules, medication needs, walking routines, and house rules closely so your pet’s world feels as consistent and familiar as possible while you’re away. I also provide regular updates so you can feel confident everything is going smoothly. If your pet stays in my home, their comfort and safety are my top priorities. They will have their own dedicated space in my finished basement office that is clean, hazard-free, and separate from my cats. This allows visiting pets to relax without feeling overwhelmed, and ensures everyone stays safe and stress-free. The space includes a comfortable couch just for them, plenty of room to stretch out, and a calm environment away from household noise. I’m home during the day, so they’ll receive regular supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention, balanced with quiet time to rest.

About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection.
