“Jordin was wonderful with my pup for a week of doggie day care. Leia has hip dysplasia and Jordin was very mindful of keeping her day active without being too much for her. She was very communicative and seemed to bond with my pup very quickly, and my dog was excited to get to her place every day. She arranged a meet up before the scheduled days to make sure she matched with my pup and was wonderful in asking lots of questions to make sure she could care for Leia and meet all her needs. 10 out of 10 recommend 😊”

About: I've been a dog owner for the last 20 years. All my dogs have been rescues, several have been shy dogs that needed extra TLC. I have a special talent connecting with shy dogs and helping them come out of their shell. I also love working with extroverted dogs who love to play and interact. I have a full-time mostly WFH job. I'm available for after-hour drop ins and walks, weekend visits, overnights, and boarding. I know how hard it can be to find petcare (especially during off hours) and I'd like to help with that. My home is safe and secure with a small fenced in backyard away from the road. I have two dogs to keep your pets company. I can help with crating your dog as well. Our home is quiet, serene, and private.

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection. I also provide updates and communication so owners feel reassured while their pets are in my care.

About: What sets me apart is over 10 years of hands-on experience dog sitting, along with a deep sense of responsibility and care. I truly love animals and bring that same energy to every pet I look after. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, including seniors who need gentle, attentive support. I also have experience caring for elderly people, including my own grandmother, which has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of routines. Whether it’s administering medication, giving extra cuddles, or sticking to a strict schedule, I’m all in when it comes to compassionate care. It fits into my daily and weekly schedule because I’m a stay at home dad with a lot of time on my schedule that would enjoy the company of a fur friend around that can keep me busy!! When pets stay in my home, I treat them like part of the family. I make sure they have a cozy spot to relax, stick to their regular routine as much as possible, and give them plenty of love, attention, and playtime. I keep my space clean, safe, and calm so they can feel comfortable, whether they’re staying for a day or a whole week. My goal is to make it feel like a second home for them. Also when taking them out I have a fenced yard as well as a front gate so there’s no running away or escaping on my watch!
