About: Moved from Miami to Connecticut and starting to be open for pet sitting :). Note: Although our current home base is New Haven, we will be in Miami mid-May 2025 through early August 2025. ABOUT US: We have been taking care of a variety of pets over 20 years with our own pets or taking care of others. We have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, to even fish and turtles! We have the most experience with dogs and cats, but we are open to take care of other fuzzy, feathery or scaly friends! BILINGUAL: Hablamos Español. ❤️ OUR HOME: We live in the 2nd floor of an apartment complex. Our community is safe to walk around :). FAMILY DOG: We have a small dog (Natsu: Neutered, 9 lb, Papillon) who is good with other dogs/cats. We usually keep a dog fence between the living room and bedroom for a few days/visits as they get to know each other. For house sitting, our pup typically has to come with us. WHAT WE DO: I am a props master/scenic designer/technician and Claudia works from home as an eligibility specialist. As long as it our pup Natsu can come with us and there is internet connection then Claudia can give your pets attention and care all day with the occasional errand run/gym, treating them like our own. We take pride in our customer service, attention to detail, expectations for your pets, and your home as well. We don't mind taking care of plants if needed :). We are also open to travel long distances and out of state! PET CARE: We take care of the pets inside our home. We have a day bed that we change out the sheets any time we have a pet over so they have a comfortable place to rest, we enjoy walking frequently around our safe neighborhood. We clean dogs paws any time we go for a walk. We also use pet friendly cleaning products only. With permission, we have dog seatbelts for safety to take on short trips to the park or run errands. We can also continue with any training for the pet as long as details are given. We can provide oral medications as needed. We have not had experience with injectables but we are not opposed to learning how and there is two of us to help!

“My fur baby requires a great deal of attention due to some health challenges. This makes me very careful about who cares for him. I am so Blessed to have Liza taking care of my lil guy. I would highly recommend her to people that need puppy ? care”

“Eileen and her husband are AWESOME- I don't know where to begin! My puppy stayed with her 5 days a week for 2 months and it was her second home, hands down. I have a busy work schedule and they worked with me early mornings and late evenings when my schedule was hectic. She even stayed late nights when I was out with friends! Shay was still young when I got her and she was very well socialized at Eileen's house with her dog Kujo, the cats and other visitors. Shay gets separation anxiety when she's with my other friends and I'm not around but she doesn't want to leave Eileen's when I pick her up! I definitely recommend these guys and will be using their services in the future”

“Mikayla and Justin are great, cannot thank them enough for their care and patience with a senior dog, Leyla.”

“Briana was the best. Really respected and took time with my dog and meeting her dogs. My dog can sometimes be testy with certain dogs and needs to be introduced slowly and responsibly. Billie had so much fun and came home super tired. Briana was super communicative all throughout.”

“Zuleima accepted our request last minute and was very flexible and communicative, also through pictures! Virgola seemed very happy of her time there and loved playing with her kids—she didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely consider booking again. Thanks!”

“Ryan is great! Ryan watched Drago while we were out of the city for the day. Ryan kept us updated with pictures and messages. Drago can be sensitive to new people sometimes, but he was completely relaxed and happy when we picked him up! We will definitely be booking with Ryan again soon :)”

“Ski was great & Gus loved his time with him”

About: Hi! My name is Jasie. I am working full-time in healthcare and from home (which gives me lots of flexibility)! Animals bring me so much joy and I love meeting new ones anywhere I go. I am coming back from a break from the app, as I had some years to spend with my roommate’s two lovely cats but they’ve now moved away and I’d love to make some new neighborhood friends! Right now I will focus my business on caring for cats. I have experience with special needs dogs and cats (meds, extra food prep). When you want to spend some time away from home and don’t want to leave your animals alone or even just want some time to yourself, I would love to take care of them! I work from home so have plenty of flexibility to care on dogs and cats, especially dogs when potty time is more needed than usual. I can play with them as I take breaks from work as well! I can crate a dog or cat if needed. I am very careful and like to make sure your pets are in my view from wherever I am most of the time. If I have to leave, I’ll make sure they can’t find trouble!

“Katie took great care of our puppy! She was super friendly, easy to get ahold of, provided updates throughout the day, kept the puppy engaged throughout the day, and was all around a fantastic sitter. I would highly recommend Katie for any dog sitting need.”

About: Since I’ve been a little girl I’ve grown up with all types of dogs. Whether it comes to hyper dogs, lazy dogs, mean dogs, you name it! I love taking care of dogs because they are my favorite animal and they deserve all the love in the world. I understand how hard it can be to take care of your dog when your busy, your pet is basically your child. I would take care of your pet as if it was your everything. I have grown up with a dog family and have had up to as many as five dogs at one time. I’m well aware of the needs a dog or cat needs, and I’m the perfect sitter to take care of your dog.

About: I'm a recent Wesleyan grad and a Harvard and NEC alum. I'm returning to Rover after taking time off to complete my master's degree in music. Along with music, animals bring me so much joy! I also love spending time outdoors. I am certified by the American Red Cross in Dog and Cat First Aid/CPR. I have experience taking care of all kinds of dogs, from energetic chihuahuas to laid-back Newfoundlands. I trained my own dog starting from a young age- I’ve always been great with animals! Whether it’s playing fetch, going for jogs to get out some energy, or giving long belly rubs, I will make sure to keep your dog happy and healthy. If your dog needs oral medication, I have a few tricks up my sleeve to help them take it (cheese helps a lot!) I work from home so I can give your pet tons of attention, and I have a flexible schedule. I also live in a great neighborhood- there's so many walking paths here, and a ton of peaceful greenery and parks! It's a perfect place for walking your dog, which I will do often :) I also have years of experience in house-sitting and pet-sitting (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and fish). I am a patient and caring animal lover, and I will be respectful of your home and your pet. I will work with you to give your pet the best care possible. I work from home during the week, so I have a flexible schedule and can spend time with your pup whenever you need :) I love getting fresh air and playing with furry friends as a break from remote work! When caring for your pets at your house, I always make sure to keep things clean and tidy! I am respectful of your space and will treat your pup with love and care :)

About: Hi there! My name is Kurt and I am about to start my graduate studies at Yale. I’m on rover because I miss my pets when I’m away from home. I live in a house close to the campus, with 3 housemates and my own room. I love all animals, and have grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life. I’m no stranger to messy cleanups or unexpected accidents. I love all dogs, big or small, and I’m more than willing to travel to take care of your dogs or cats in house, as well as board, bathe, and care for them in my home. My only requirement is I know and understand your dogs specific needs and personality (any allergies, good with other dogs or not, scared of loud noises or doesn’t like car rides, etc.) before I take care of him or her. I have a backyard and my close proximity to dog parks and Yale means I can walk your dog around the campus trails or lake, as well as the dog park only 500 yards from my home. If you or someone you know is in need of a dog sitter or dog walker, I am more than happy to take care of and provide for your pet as you need. I treat all animals with respect, and will ensure your pet is cared for and loved just as you would want them to be. I am most easily reached through text or email. Thank you for considering me to care for your pet and I hope you have a pleasant day! It does not impact my weekly routine. Being a student, my time over the summer very open, and I am able to fit my clients needs in between study sessions. I care for multiple clients weekly. More often than not, I watch multiple pets at any given time and make multiple visits to multiple homes more than once a day.
