About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection. I also provide updates and communication so owners feel reassured while their pets are in my care.

About: Dog and cat owner. As pet parents it is our responsibility that our pets live a happy and healthy life. I give that to every animal that comes into my life! Currently working a hybrid schedule in a full-time role, so I’m home pretty often throughout the week! On the days I do go into the office, my mom stops by to take my dog for a walk and can give any dogs staying with me a midday break too. I have a super friendly 3-year-old Golden Retriever who loves other dogs and is always happy to have a friend around! When I’m working from home, I’m here throughout the day and have plenty of time between meetings and projects for walks, playtime, attention, and lots of company. When boarding, I’m home outside of my office hours, and your dog will get lots of playtime, walks, attention, and plenty of time to just hang out and feel at home! My pets are my priority. I always make sure things are put away and out of grasp for my dog. Food is never left out, especially foods that may be harmful to pets. I limit those off of my shopping list as much as possible. When we have other dogs over, they are offered fresh water, treats if allowed and all the toys they could desire. If a dog is not allowed certain toys due to being a shredder or if the toy poses a choking hazard, those toys go in the closet. I’m very careful and attentive, while having fun with all dogs!

About: Great to meet you! I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals (dogs especially). To fulfill my wish to have a pet, I began volunteering at a local animal shelter and would frequently visit just to spend time with some of the animals and give them some love. There, I was able to learn how to better care for our furry friends, both elderly and young. Being able to play with them was just a bonus for me! While your dog is with me they will have access to a big fenced yard to play in and enjoy. If you'd prefer them to stay in their natural environment, that's fine too! They will have their own dedicated space in my finished basement office that is clean, hazard-free, and separate from my cats. About: Since I’ve been a little girl I’ve grown up with all types of dogs. Whether it comes to hyper dogs, lazy dogs, mean dogs, you name it! I love taking care of dogs because they are my favorite animal and they deserve all the love in the world. I understand how hard it can be to take care of your dog when your busy, your pet is basically your child. I would take care of your pet as if it was your everything. I have grown up with a dog family and have had up to as many as five dogs at one time. I’m well aware of the needs a dog or cat needs, and I’m the perfect sitter to take care of your dog.

About: I'm a Stanford Alum who used to take care of pets in the Palo Alto area. Now working at Yale Med and trying to see some pet babies on the side! I've taken care of small to medium dogs (Shitzu's to Goldens), calm dogs to hyper dogs (love dancing around with a Husky!), shaved cats to fluffy cats, and sweet cats to feisty cats. Love them all so much! Been taking care of family dogs for years and have 2 years of formal cat care experience outside of the family. I’ll be able to devote mornings, evenings, and weekends to pet care 😻 I have a full time job but most days of the week it is remote and flexible! I live in an apartment that can host small to medium dogs and cats. In client's home's, I'll carefully follow care instructions from owners on how to maintain safety within the apartment.
