They are kind souls, and they take their entrusted duties seriously. We have so far utilized their dog-sitting assistance in two ways: first, boarding in their home, and second, sitting in our home. Eliana and Michael exceeded our expectations in every respect: consistent check-ins, asking excellent questions, constant communication. We will be using them again, and we highly recommend them to others in the New Haven or Yale community. My only regret in sharing this posting is my fear that their services will become TOO popular—and that I, myself, will not be able to book their services because of their ever-growing popularity on Rover!!!”
