About: I have hands-on experience working on two different farms and Hamden CT’s brooksvale park (all throughout high school) , where I cared for a wide variety of animals, including everything from dogs&cats - cows & sheep . I’ve kept close contact with multiple repeat costumers I’ve built lasting friendships with house sitting/dog walking for. These experiences taught me how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. In addition to pet and house sitting for friends and family, I grew up with four pit bulls in the house and learned how to care for them as pups aswell as in their old age. I Have had smaller pets like hamsters and guinea pigs and currently have my own small dog with a big personality I love very much (side note I can take professional photos of your dog if you’d like) I recently graduated from art school(studying fashion design) and am currently looking for work related to my degree. In the meantime, dog/house sitting and walking fits into my open schedule I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I stay attentive to feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection (including belly rubs and treats if allowed!). I’m also happy to accommodate any special routines, medications, or care instructions to make your pet feel at home

She was meticulous in her planning and knowing what needed to be done for Floki, plus making sure she had all emergency numbers and what to do in case of an emergency. She made sure Floki was was very well cared for while we were away and even brought him a new ball to play with! He was walked, fed on time and played with in our yard with frequent communications so that we could see all of the fun he was having. I would highly recommend Arabelle to anyone that needs overnight care or even daily check ins. She was just what we needed and expected for our fur family and will be using her again for future day trips and longer vacations!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 16. Friends and family trust me to walk, feed and take care of their dogs. I am comfortable taking dogs for long walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park, and I have stayed in home as a pet sitter. My family has a dog and I am involved in her care and play time on a daily basis. I have a very flexible schedule and have lots of time for your pup. I am available for late morning and afternoon walks and playtime. I have an energetic 60 pound dog. I am used to walking a strong dog and can easily handle a dog that may pull. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, especially cats. Over the years, I have become the go-to pet sitter within my friend group and regularly care for my friends’ cats while they are away on vacation. I also grew up informally pet sitting for neighbors and friends, giving me experience caring for pets in a variety of home environments and routines. I currently care for my own cat, Reami, a 3-year-old Ragamuffin whom I have raised since he was a kitten. Reami has anxiety-related health issues that can contribute to urinary tract problems, so I am very familiar with providing attentive, patient, and consistent care for sensitive pets. About: I've looked after animals since I was a kid. I love cats and dogs alike and would look after them for loved ones and neighbors. I have a flexible schedule right now. I am currently looking for a more stable job but I have lots of experience working with animals and I know how to handle them with respect and safety. I like to visit the dogs in there own homes and take them for walks. I let to dog tell me what they need usually depending on energy levels. If they have a lot of energy I'll take them out longer or if they don't want to move I would take them as long as it took for them to relieve themselves and then I will engage them in play.
