1. Jen N.
“This was my first time booking a cat sitter through Rover - Jen is phenomenal! She is so kind, and was consistent, reliable, thorough, and thoughtful in taking care of my two cats and home. She went the extra mile by showing care about understanding the cats’ routine, bonding with them, sending updates, and keeping things clean in my absence. It was so nice to trust that the cats were being well cared for while I was away at a research conference, and Jen was perfect with communication/updates. I will definitely be a repeat client of hers!”
2. Noelle C.

“Charlene is a great animal person - they took really good care of my cat, Bingsu - they were responsive to the needs and spend quality time with him. they are very experienced with both cats and dogs. They are very athletic and active so perfect for active dogs too!”
13. Melanie M.
“Highly recommend! It takes a leap of faith to have someone stay in your home but Melanie was super transparent and communicative. She reached out when things weren’t going perfectly so we could come to resolutions together, which really built trust. Our lil doggo was happy and healthy when we got home after 9 days.”
14. Ashton & Alexandra "Sasha" W.
“Ashton watched my dog Moose for a full day including overnight and Moose had the best time. Moose took to her very quickly after meeting and almost immediately sat in her lap which isn’t her tendency when meeting someone for the first time. While I was away she sent frequent updates with pictures from all their various nature walks and naps in between. I came home to a happy and well exercised pup and now every time we walk past Ashton’s house Moose pulls to go inside.”

“I have no worries when Juliana cares for our pup! She’s kind, caring and reliable. We always know our pup and our home are in good hands.”
18. Kav R.
“I was happy to meet Kav and felt really good about leaving her to house sit with my socially anxious pup, Zoie. Zoie warmed up to Kav surprisingly quickly which was a relief! Kav is obviously comfortable and experienced with dogs and I will definitely be reaching out to utilize her services again.”
19. Krystle-Jayne & Hanna N.
“I am pleased to provide a reference for Krystle and Hanna, both of whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for nearly a decade. Krystle and I first met while working together at Microsoft, and over the years, she has proven to be an incredibly dependable and responsible individual. Krystle’s reliability extends beyond the workplace. When I adopted my Great Dane, Gatsby, Krystle was by my side throughout the process and has been a loving presence in Gatsby’s life ever since, from his early puppy days to his current size of 180 pounds. Her care and affection for Gatsby have been unwavering. Hanna, in turn, embodies kindness and a genuine caring nature. Like Krystle, she has shown a remarkable ability to provide thoughtful and attentive care, and Gatsby adores her just as much. During my work trips, Krystle and Hanna have kindly stayed at my townhouse to look after Gatsby and the property. Each time I return, I am greeted by a spotless home and a well-cared-for dog. Their attention to detail and dedication ensure that everything is in perfect order, and I am truly grateful for their help. Both Krystle and Hanna are exceptional individuals who exhibit a high level of responsibility and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation.”

About: I have 6 years of dog walking and cat sitting experience. I'm used to taking care of dogs of all sizes as well as puppies and their various needs. I just moved to New Haven and I'm looking to start caring for pets here! I will treat your pet the way I would treat my own and would make sure to care for them in a responsible manner. As a pet owner myself, I know how important responsible care is. I have two cats, so I totally understand the concerns when hiring a new person to care for your loved pet! Due to my cats, I'm not able to accept boarders at the moment, other than one small-medium dog (who is fine with cats) for weekends only. I am a local graduate student so I apologize in advance if I can't make certain requested times. I can't wait to work with you and your lovely pets! I am a full-time graduate student but have a flexible schedule. I do not have a car so would only be able to service requests in New Haven. I'm well aware of environmental risks associated with dogs and cats. I'm overly cautious about windows expecially with cats. In addition, I'm responsible with the environment that either puppies or kittens occupy; to not leave food around or small objects/threads that they may mistakenly ingest.
