About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 16. Friends and family trust me to walk, feed and take care of their dogs. I am comfortable taking dogs for long walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park, and I have stayed in home as a pet sitter. My family has a dog and I am involved in her care and play time on a daily basis. I have a very flexible schedule and have lots of time for your pup. I am available for late morning and afternoon walks and playtime. I have an energetic 60 pound dog. I am used to walking a strong dog and can easily handle a dog that may pull. I am happy to walk your dog in your neighborhood and/or play in your yard. I will work with whatever routine your dog is accustomed to.

I am the Manager of Mew Haven Cat Cafe and directly work alongside our partner rescue’s farm with adoptable dogs, cats even rabbits! “I was so impressed with Heather. She did a great job with my two furbabies (two small dogs). I was so nervous to leave them, but she took excellent care of them. She was commmunicative and responsive the entire stay. My younger dog can struggle to warm up to new people, but she was incredible with him- he clearly liked her a lot. Heather was also flexible about changing the booking dates around so that I could spend more time with my dying parent. It meant the world to me to be able to spend an extra day at home. She also kept the apartment clean and tidy and even washed the sheets for me. I was so grateful and appreciative for Heather’s help with my dogs while I was away. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, especially cats. Over the years, I have become the go-to pet sitter within my friend group and regularly care for my friends’ cats while they are away on vacation. I also grew up informally pet sitting for neighbors and friends, giving me experience caring for pets in a variety of home environments and routines. I currently care for my own cat, Reami, a 3-year-old Ragamuffin whom I have raised since he was a kitten. Reami has anxiety-related health issues that can contribute to urinary tract problems, so I am very familiar with providing attentive, patient, and consistent care for sensitive pets. Because of his needs, I understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment, monitoring behavior closely, sticking to routines, encouraging play and enrichment, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. She came to visit us at our home prior to booking and sweet, calm demeanor put us right at ease. She was communicative the entire time- sending regular photos of walks, playtime and sleepytimes. About: My first “job” was dog sitting when I was in first grade. I included snuggling them every night in my promise to owners, and to this day nothing has changed. I work at the children’s hospital as a pediatric audiology extern from 7:30 am-6 pm every day. I would love to dog walk on weekday evenings and I am available to pet sit and dog walk on weekends. Pets’ safety is always the number one priority. With me, your pet will never be unattended or in dangerous situations. I also value other people’s space and home.
