About: I had a maltese puppy for 10 years from age 9 weeks onward and most recently had a shih tzu puppy that turned 1 on 5/28/25. In the oast I've had pets including hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and fish of my own. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so your pup will get lots of attention and care throughout the day. Here's what a typical day looks like when your dog is with me: 🐾 Morning (7am–10am): Potty break, breakfast, and a light walk or play session 🐾 Midday (11am–2pm): Walks, potty breaks, enrichment games, or just relaxing cuddle time 🐾 Afternoon (3pm–6pm): Another walk or active playtime in a safe, calm environment 🐾 Evening (7pm–9pm): Dinner, a final potty break, and winding down for the night I'm available for: ✅ Drop-in visits ✅ Dog walking ✅ Puppy care Weekend and holiday availability included! About: I have hands-on experience working on two different farms and Hamden CT’s brooksvale park (all throughout high school) , where I cared for a wide variety of animals, including everything from dogs&cats - cows & sheep . I’ve kept close contact with multiple repeat costumers I’ve built lasting friendships with house sitting/dog walking for. These experiences taught me how to read animal behavior, stay patient, and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. In addition to pet and house sitting for friends and family, I grew up with four pit bulls in the house and learned how to care for them as pups aswell as in their old age. I Have had smaller pets like hamsters and guinea pigs and currently have my own small dog with a big personality I love very much (side note I can take professional photos of your dog if you’d like) I recently graduated from art school(studying fashion design) and am currently looking for work related to my degree. In the meantime, dog/house sitting and walking fits into my open schedule I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I stay attentive to feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection (including belly rubs and treats if allowed!). About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 16. Friends and family trust me to walk, feed and take care of their dogs. I am comfortable taking dogs for long walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park, and I have stayed in home as a pet sitter. My family has a dog and I am involved in her care and play time on a daily basis. I have a very flexible schedule and have lots of time for your pup. I am available for late morning and afternoon walks and playtime. I have an energetic 60 pound dog. I am used to walking a strong dog and can easily handle a dog that may pull. I am happy to walk your dog in your neighborhood and/or play in your yard. I will work with whatever routine your dog is accustomed to.

“We had to leave our goldendoodle for three days while out of state. She had not been left alone since being boarded at our vet 4 years ago, so we had concerns. Heather was wonderful! She came to our house twice before we left to learn our dog's habits and become familiar with her. Heather stayed at our home during our time away.
