“Brianna took great care of Peanut. She was responsive in communication and kept me updated with photos of Peanut. I was a bit late in sending Peanut and early in picking up Peanut, but Brianna accommodated my schedule. Peanut seems to have made friends with Brianna's dog and is very happy when being picked up. Peanut also seems to have had a comfortable time on Brianna's bed.”

“Steven and Claudia are awesome dog people. They kept in touch with pictures and a video and Mello was very happy when I picked him up. Would definitely book again!!”

“Stephanie took great care of our pup and sent us pictures throughout the day. It eased our minds about leaving our pup in a new place while touring the Museum. If we are ever in the area again we will plan to use her pet services again!”

“Zuly and her family took wonderful care of my poodle, Babette. She is a great communicator, and understands the needs of dogs from years of experience. Her home was neat, immaculate, and felt very welcoming. I look forward to using her services in the future!”

“Mariana is the greatest!!! My little guy normally suffers from tremendous separation anxiety, however, within Mariana’s care he was a happy little puppy the entire time. Thank you again Mariana!”

“Channing was so great that my puppy did not want to leave her! She took the time to play with my puppy, and monitor her activities. She provides updates and sends photos periodically! Her response time is pretty fast. I would also recommend her to watch your dog since she has experience and her own dog herself (Piggy) who is friendly and playful towards other dogs. Thank you Channing!”

“Absolutely amazing. First time using Rover with my new rescue, and Amanda was incredible. From the time I dropped him off, he settled right in, she kept in constant communication, was incredibly patient as he settled in. She is a loving caregiver, and I would absolutely book her again without looking anywhere else.”

“My fur baby requires a great deal of attention due to some health challenges. This makes me very careful about who cares for him. I am so Blessed to have Liza taking care of my lil guy. I would highly recommend her to people that need puppy ? care”

“Howard was so helpful to us with a last-minute booking and early morning drop-off for daycare for our Cavalier Coco. He was also responsive and kind. Thank you!”

About: I've been a dog owner for the last 20 years. All my dogs have been rescues, several have been shy dogs that needed extra TLC. I have a special talent connecting with shy dogs and helping them come out of their shell. I also love working with extroverted dogs who love to play and interact. I have a full-time mostly WFH job. I'm available for after-hour drop ins and walks, weekend visits, overnights, and boarding. I know how hard it can be to find petcare (especially during off hours) and I'd like to help with that. My home is safe and secure with a small fenced in backyard away from the road. I have two dogs to keep your pets company. I can help with crating your dog as well. Our home is quiet, serene, and private.
“Andrea was just wonderful. It was my first time leaving them with a sitter. I knew I could trust her with my babies right off the bat. She’s sweet and caring and communicated with me the whole time because I was anxious being away from them. It’s easy to see that she is a dog person to the core. Highly recommend!”

About: I have had cats my whole life and a family dog. I am an approved dog foster and enjoy getting to know pets and making them feel loved :) I am a remote learning student! Which gives me plenty of time to go out and spend time with pets. Not usually available on the weekends. I have 3 sweet cats which can be separated from pets if needed. My priority will always be to keep your pet safe and comfortable!
“Thank you again, Alecia! When I saw him jump out of the car and pull me up to your door, I knew he was in good hands! It’s not easy to leave a puppy the first time, but this time I knew he would be happy to see you and the rest of the gang! I could tell by the photos that he felt ontegrated into your family. My heart feels like that too. ❤️”

About: I’ve had pets growing up including rabbits, cats, and dogs. I was responsible at an early age to care for animals in order to keep them under my parents roof. I’ve been trusted to dog sit for extended periods of time through the rover app, by friends, & family when they go on vacations or whenever they need it. I’m currently a dog owner of a 55 lbs golden retriever named stanley. I love all animals and willing to walk, dog sit, or board all sizes, or whatever your needs may be. My golden is very friendly and loves all things! I currently work from home 3 days a week. Weekends I’m free and take my dog for walks/adventures. Everyday, I take Stan man (my golden) for a walk in the morning, lunch, and before and after he eats. While letting them play outside in my fenced in yard. Both stan and I would love some company! I have a fenced in yard for play time! My pupper can keep your little one company. I can also crate if needed or I have a big room exclusively for pups that can be closed off by a gate, if you want your dog confined to one room. My pup is about 55 lbs and is very friendly and always eager to meet new friends, as am I! I currently have a flexible job that allows me to be home most weeks. I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I will communicate any scheduling conflict through the app or directly to the client if one arises. I have a fenced in yard for your pet to be able to run outside care free! I will follow any rules or training methods the client wants as long as they are communicated. I am able to crate pets if client wants. I have plenty of toys, beds, blankets to make pets feel comfortable. I will cater to any client request as long as it is reasonable and it is communicated.
East Shore dog parents share their Rover experiences
My two dogs had a great time relaxing and going on walks with Dominique. They had been on the road with me for two days and needed a. quiet place to relax while I had the movers deliver all of my stuff. She updated me frequently. She has a very nice house and fenced yard. I will definitely send them back to her again!

Liza and her partner were absolutely amazing watching Alfie!! They both had such calm, positive energy and made me feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. Alfie came home happy, relaxed, and so well taken care of. I’d absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter!
