About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have loved every minute of their companionship. When I went to college I adopted two kittens and since then have gotten a third. I have dog sat for a week at a time; providing detailed care and a friendly demeanor that leaves pets feeling at ease. I am experienced with cats and dogs of all ages. I own 3 cats ranging in age from 1 to 14. I am familiar with litter box training as well as medication administration within food. I am a passionate pet caregiver and have a huge heart that welcomes pets of all kinds. I work in the school systems therefore I am off for the summer! Starting July 27th I am available full time! I am only away August 6-9. I treat all pets with kindness, respect and patience. Animals are my true joy in life and I absolutely love spending time with them. I pledge to treat your pets with the same love I show my own!

About: Dog and cat owner. As pet parents it is our responsibility that our pets live a happy and healthy life. I give that to every animal that comes into my life! Currently working a hybrid schedule in a full-time role, so I’m home pretty often throughout the week! On the days I do go into the office, my mom stops by to take my dog for a walk and can give any dogs staying with me a midday break too. I have a super friendly 3-year-old Golden Retriever who loves other dogs and is always happy to have a friend around! When I’m working from home, I’m here throughout the day and have plenty of time between meetings and projects for walks, playtime, attention, and lots of company. When boarding, I’m home outside of my office hours, and your dog will get lots of playtime, walks, attention, and plenty of time to just hang out and feel at home! My pets are my priority. I always make sure things are put away and out of grasp for my dog. Food is never left out, especially foods that may be harmful to pets. I limit those off of my shopping list as much as possible. When we have other dogs over, they are offered fresh water, treats if allowed and all the toys they could desire. If a dog is not allowed certain toys due to being a shredder or if the toy poses a choking hazard, those toys go in the closet. I’m very careful and attentive, while having fun with all dogs!

About: My first “job” was dog sitting when I was in first grade. I included snuggling them every night in my promise to owners, and to this day nothing has changed. I work at the children’s hospital as a pediatric audiology extern from 7:30 am-6 pm every day. I would love to dog walk on weekday evenings and I am available to pet sit and dog walk on weekends. Pets’ safety is always the number one priority. With me, your pet will never be unattended or in dangerous situations. I also value other people’s space and home.

But she wasn't alarmed by the lack of cat sightings and just reported on her feedings and how much food she had eaten between visits. I would definitely hire Katherine to petsit again! About: Trustworthy, local, and attentive, I have done pet care for family and friends over the course of many years. Having been certified in cat and dog first aid by the Red Cross, I'm equipped to handle an emergency if it occurs. From running with dogs to cuddling with cats, I'm happy to spend time with your furry family members! I work remotely full-time, which allows me a lot of flexibility for drop-ins that are close to home. I can visit anytime during the day, but prefer mornings or evenings to check in on pets. When taking are of pets, I like to build a rapport with them first to get a sense of their personality. Pets are part of the family, after all! Once we've built some trust, I take care of business first (make sure food and water is prepared, bathroom breaks completed/litter boxes emptied), then save time for playing!

About: Great to meet you! I have over 14 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals ranging from dogs to cats to snakes, bearded dragons, and even ants (yes I know)... and the list goes on! Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals (dogs especially). To fulfill my wish to have a pet, I began volunteering at a local animal shelter and would frequently visit just to spend time with some of the animals and give them some love. There, I was able to learn how to better care for our furry friends, both elderly and young. Being able to play with them was just a bonus for me! While your dog is with me they will have access to a big fenced yard to play in and enjoy. If you'd prefer them to stay in their natural environment, that's fine too! Whatever makes them most comfortable, I'm happy to provide. Every pet's needs & wants are different, which I take the time to acknowledge when caring for them. I love to start our mornings off with a nice hike or walk at my nearby beach, typically about 2 miles. The afternoons will do a shorter walk and have some outdoor playtime. Ultimately, our day will be reflective of what your pups specific needs are. Working from home, your pets will get plenty of time and attention in my care! While boarding, they will have access to roam and play about in a fenced in yard under my supervision. Rest assured, I will take care of your babies as if they were my own. Making sure also to give you daily updates so you know your pup is well cared for!
