This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel comfortable right away. During our trip, Shera sent us tons of photos of Poppy and left sweet comments about our furbaby. She was very responsive in answering all of my questions before the visit, including being willing to do a meet and greet with my three cats (where she immediately got down on the floor with them to make them comfortable!) She sent multiple photos and videos every visit and reached out to ask extra questions just to make sure she was aware of how much each cat usually eats/uses the bathroom/etc to make sure everyone was healthy - which was so appreciated especially since one of my cats is on a daily medication. My cats loved her, especially the extra play time (Jandy brought several toys for them to play with which was great). If you’re a first time Rover user like I was, let my experience show you that you should def pick Jandy!”
