“Alex was so incredibly flexible and was able to extend our booking for an extra day to accommodate my travel plans, no questions asked. The process was seamless and it was such a relief knowing my kitties were well taken care of despite the schedule changing. Don’t know what I would have done without her!!”

“Couldn't recommend Sinead more. Sinead came for a very last minute booking after an issue with another Rover sitter, and took fantastic care of our cats. She was expertly communicative and timely as well. Thanks a million, Sinead!”

“Christina did a fantastic job taking care of my 3 fur-babies! She spent quality time with my cats, followed all care instructions perfectly, and sent me photo and video updates daily. I highly recommend hiring her to take care of your fur-babies as well!”

“Natalie was amazing! She took great care of our pup and sent lots of pics. We’re super appreciative and would be happy to have Natalie dogsit again. Thank you!!!”

“Louise is fantastic. She administered insulin to our little Juliette. She did a meet and greet and was very prompt (which is critical for insulin). We highly recommend Louise!”

About: With me you’ll get: Fast response times, great communication, high professionalism, undivided time with your dog. I’ll make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and properly fed! Currently on sabbatical from work and looking to fill my time meeting the adorable pets of the Bay Area. Book me for multiple days or just a last-minute check in. I have a car and am able to come wherever you live. Happy to answer any and all questions!! Having owned both young and senior pets, I am very comfortable with handling mobility issues, specific meal/medication instructions, and making sure their environment is safe and stimulating.

About: I truly care for every dog like they’re my own. I have several hands-on experiences walking dogs for friends and neighbors, and I’ve loved every moment of it. I’m attentive to each pup’s needs—whether it’s making sure they get the right amount of exercise, giving them extra cuddles, or being patient with shy or energetic personalities. I’m also comfortable with both young, playful pups and gentle senior dogs, always making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I'm currently a college student right now, i will have some time to play with your pups! I'm available for walking your dog everyday in summer. I ensure that your pet is always safe by using secure leashes and harnesses during walks, avoiding hazardous areas, and keeping a close eye on their behavior and surroundings.

“Cameron took wonderful care of my 17 year old cat Steve for several days while I was out of town last week. She asked great questions about his needs and routine during our first meeting and I could tell that she was a very experienced cat caregiver. Additionally, Cameron left thorough and attentive notes from her drop in visits and sent me lots of cute photos of Steve getting loves and pets from her! Lastly, she gave Steve his medication every day as instructed and since he is an older cat she gently alerted me to any potential abnormalities that she noticed while I was gone (within reason - she made sure to let me enjoy my vacation as well!). I would highly recommend Cameron for any pet care needs, especially for kitty clients or animals who may have special needs. She has a very gentle demeanor and calming presence so I’m sure your pet would appreciate having her around when you can’t be!”

About: My name is Megan and I currently live in San Francisco, CA. I would love to provide care for your dog. I am an experienced previous dog owner and experienced pet sitter. I am able to board, feed, walk, and any other necessary care. I am also open to taking care of any other pets you have (cats, fish, rabbits and bearded dragons are some of the pets that I have experience with caring for). Please feel free to contact me here or at the phone number provided if you are interested. Thank you! I teach at a school that is three blocks from my house from 9am-4:30pm, so I can come home for lunch break walks if needed. I can walk dogs before and after school and let the dog into my backyard garden at any time. On the weekends, I can take dogs to the beach or on other fun outdoor adventures! I have taken care of people’s’ pets in a number of ways. I have stopped by people’s’ houses for care, boarded pets, and stayed overnight in pets’ homes.

About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets from rats to cats to spiders and one rehabbed squirrel. I am a huge animal lover and I’m the top choice when my friends ever need a pet sitter because I’m so in love with their pets and love to go above and beyond when taking care of them. That means you absolutely don’t need to worry about them getting enough attention and love because they will get LOADS I hav experience taking care of senior pets and special needs pets and I do my best to really establish a trusting relationship so they know when I’m around everything is going to be ok. It would be my pleasure to meet more lovely pet parents and help them out whenever they need! I hav a very chill job as a personal assistant so I have lots of availability. And my hobby is reading and writing so you get a very very chill person in your space that you can count on to be respectful and drama free I can offer a variety of pet care, I can do overnights or several hours and I can also do just a quick drop in if that’s all you need. I don’t have a car so unfortunately unless a uber is covered I can’t take them to the vet or things like that but I’m happy to spend my day at a nearby park or just read a nice book with them in your lovely home. Whatever works for you and of course you can just let me know whatever it is you need, it would be my pleasure to accommodate 🥰

“Mick was a great drop in cat sitter. He was quick and responsive and always punctual. Our cats take a while to warm up to people so they didn't develop a close bond with Mick. However, the important thing is they were well fed and energetic when we came back from vacation.”

“We were so grateful to have Regina look after our cat! She sent photos each day and kept us up to date on how he was doing. From the photos we could tell Latte really trusted her which made us feel at ease while we were away! She even watered our plants for us which was so generous. We are excited to have someone so kind and reliable nearby to care for our cat.”

About: Im very comfortable with all dog breeds and ages. I raised my 6 year old German shepherd since she was a puppy and have also helped take care of multiple dogs in my neighborhood I work full time during the week and am the most free to offer my services after 6pm during the week. More flexibility on availability during the weekends I live in an apartment that does not allow dogs so unfortunately I cannot provide dog sitting services at my home. But more than happy to dog sit at my clients home!

About: I have about 30 + years of caring for dogs of all ages. My first dog was a rescue sheep dog that was abused a long time ago ! I currently have a small mixed breed senior dog that I have had since 2013 and he gets two walks daily for his good health ! I treat all dogs that I care for as if they were my own personal pet, because I know that’s how I would want someone else to treat my dog like !

“Rongrong has been sitting for Tanzi & Baba for a year now. We are eternally grateful to have found her. The kitties 🐈⬛ 🐈 feel comfortable with Rongrong. She plays with them, engages with them, gives them treats, and assures they’re safe and well fed. One of our favorite photos that she shared was a view of Baba looking out the window as she was leaving the house 🏡 as if to say don’t go! Very cute!”

About: Before I moved to the U.S., I had a Shiba who grew up with me. I started taking her for walks in middle school, and sometimes I'd even give her a bath or take her to the vet. I just graduated and I'm currently looking for a job. Right now, I'm mainly working on some personal projects, so my schedule is pretty flexible. My current place doesn't allow pets, and I don't have my own tools for pet care. But I'm happy to come over to your house to help take care of them.

About: Hi! My name is Heidi and I’m a dedicated dog lover with 5 years of experience caring for pups of different breeds, ages, and energy levels. Whether your dog needs a long adventure walk, belly rubs, or just some extra attention while you're away, I provide safe, loving, and reliable care tailored to their needs. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and loved while you're away. No matter if your pup is full of energy, a little shy, or requires extra care, I tailor my approach to fit their individual personality and needs. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend! :) I am available most days of the week to take care of your pet! I can also house sit for your pet! (Please book ahead for house sitting) I ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, just like they would in their own home. If a dog has special needs (medications, dietary restrictions, or anxiety), I ensure their routine is followed exactly as instructed. I treat every pet like family and strive to make sure they feel loved, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

About: I’ve taken care of young dogs, older souls, as well as cats! My experience is mostly with bigger dogs but I have been entrusted with smaller dogs as well as my friends’ cats. I’m currently working remote, I work east coast hours so I am usually free after 4pm every weekday! I am free weekends for check ins throughout the day as well as overnight boarding. The home I live in has a huge fenced backyard that we frequently use to let dogs roam in freely. I’ve cared for a reactive door previously and it’s lovely to have so that they may play without the pressure of other dogs. I’m very much a rule follower, no one knows your pet like you do and I stick to your agenda pretty strictly.

“Olivia has shown love and care to my family’s cats and dogs! She is professional, organized, communicative, punctual, and very loving to any animal she meets.”

Krystal L.
“I can’t recommend Xinying L. enough as a pet sitter and dog walker! She is one of the most reliable, thoughtful, and animal-loving people I know. Whether it’s a high-energy pup or a shy senior cat, she takes the time to understand each animal’s personality and needs. Xinying is incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive — pets are naturally drawn to her calm and caring energy. She’s the kind of person who notices the little things: if your dog seems a bit off or if your cat has a new favorite toy, she’ll catch it and let you know. I’ve seen firsthand how much animals trust and adore her — and how much peace of mind she gives their humans. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like family, you’ve found her!”

Megan C.

“Megan grew up in a home where dogs were part of our family. We have had 3 different dogs in our home during Megan's lifetime and she has proven to be a loving owner, responsible caretaker and compassionate friend to each of them. She attended training and obedience classes with our current Golden Retriever, Mason. Many of our neighbors over the years have asked Megan repeatedly to take care of their dogs (and cats) while they were away. I would highly recommend Megan to take care of your pets.”

Raquel P.
“Raquel has taken care of my cats off and on for the last couple years. She loves the cats as much as I do and has taken great care of them. Her communication is great and she sends daily reports/pics. Very happy to have her as my cat sitter.”

Mick Z.

“Mick was a great drop in cat sitter. He was quick and responsive and always punctual. Our cats take a while to warm up to people so they didn't develop a close bond with Mick. However, the important thing is they were well fed and energetic when we came back from vacation.”

Sreyas K.
“Sreyas has grown up with pets from the age of 5 years. The family that provided daycare for him and his older brother had 2 dogs, cats and a pet parrot. His love for animals eventually led us to adopt a 4 month old german shepperd named Kobe. Sreyas spent countless hours training and socializing Kobe. He takes her for hiking, long walks and play fetch. Kobe looks forwarding to seeing Sreyas and she keeps following him around. He is very responsible handling Kobe and taking good care of her.”

Stanley K.
“Stan grew up, loving and caring for dogs and cats, some rescues. He’s always been caring, alert and careful as well as empathetic while reading our dogs, body language. He is always keenly aware of the environment, especially as there are many coyotes in San Francisco. He is currently caring for our 14 year-old dog he has gently well trained to walk on the leash and respond to commands. His training of our animals has always been confident and gentle, but effective. At present, he is adapting to the subtle changes in our elderly dog and adapting to the dogs needs and changing capabilities. in short, he is everything I would want if I needed someone to walk my dog.”

Rongrong L.

“Rongrong has been sitting for Tanzi & Baba for a year now. We are eternally grateful to have found her. The kitties 🐈⬛ 🐈 feel comfortable with Rongrong. Yu C.
“Yu has been caring for our family dog for over 10 years, and we completely trust him. He’s incredibly patient, responsible, and loving. He takes her on daily walks, feeds her with care, and always treats her like part of the family. Animals truly respond to his calm and kind nature. I highly recommend Yu as a dog walker and sitter. You and your pet will be in great hands!”

Heidi Z.
“I highly recommend Heidi for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to take care of their pets. Heidi has been taking care of my three dogs for past year and a half and always makes sure to treat each of them as if they are one of her own. She is attentive to their needs, is always on time, and can handle two of my small dogs/and my one medium sized dog when it comes to their walking and feeding routine. Whenever I need someone to take care of them while I'm out of town I can always count on Heidi.”

Xochitl L.
“I have a very energetic and nervous golden doodle, named Iroh, that needed to be watched for a weekend I was out of town. I was worried to leave him with just anyone, but Xochitl looked after him to the same degree as I would. She is a close friend and I felt reassured leaving Iroh with her since she has her own high energy dog. She followed all feeding, walking, and brushing (Iroh has a thick coat) instructions attentively. She anticipated his needs and kept constant contact with me if anything seemed to be off with him. Since then, I have left Iroh with her a couple times to dog sit for me during the day. After seeing how comfortable Iorh felt staying with Xochitl, I would definitely recommend Xochitl to care for anyone's pets with the same care and attention they give themselves.”
