“Sarah was awesome! I felt very comfortable leaving my 2 cats under her watch. She provided detailed review cards with pictures every single day, which was adorable! I already have booked a second visit with her, shes great.”

“Lori was absolutely fantastic! She took diligent notes during our meet and greet and took great care of our dog. Five stars from us (and our pup) - I will definitely be asking her to sit again!”

“Amber was amazing! I was very nervous about leaving my cats for the first time especially since my one cat is on meds and I can’t leave him alone. He also has a weird set up where he has to be nebulized. Amber reassured me 100 % that everything was going to be ok. I recommend her 11/10 to anyone with their fur babies.”

“Mary was able to accommodate my pups for a dog walk at the very last minute when I had to work unexpectedly. They had a great time and were noticeable happy when I got Home both days .”

“Victoria did a great job taking care of our two cats. She reliably texted me whenever questions arose, and the overall communication, as well as the actual sitting went as smooth as can be. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to know their pets in good hand!”

“Jay was outstanding and very flexible with a last minute booking request. She went above and beyond looking after our four babies (dogs and cats). Would definitely recommend and hire again”

“She has been great with my dogs. And she does a lot of pictures and updating me on the rover card. And my dogs seem to like her. She has helped me all week and she is very attentive to detail too.”

“Brianna has been great. She is patient with my fur baby and very responsive to any chances. Also was very patient with ME figuring out how Rovers interface works. Highly recommend booking with Brianna!!!!”

“Nancy always takes great care of my cat. My cat can be shy with new people and I love that Nancy respects her boundaries and doesn’t push her. I can go out of town knowing she is in good hands.”

“My puppy came back in better shape than I left her. More mature and regulated, as well as freshly bathed. We both learned from the experience, care, and respect we received from these extremely competent sitters!”

“Kathryn was very sweet with my cat Kevin and took very good care while I was away. She was (is) very kind and responsible. Highly recommend and will definitely book with her again. Thanks Kathryn! ~Mark”

“Courtney went above and beyond!! She was so attentive to my cats and was following up with me every day and made me feel so safe leaving them in her hands! She was just so beyond sweet will rebook with her again!”

About: Growing up, not only did we always have the typical "house dog'', but my father also raised beagle dogs as a hobby. At any one time we might have as many as 15 dogs at the house. And I loved every second of it. I'm 37 now, and my passion and love for animals have stayed the same. I have a lot of experience caring for older dogs and am very comfortable working with younger pups as well. We believe in play, healthy eating, and a lot of love and attention. I have two part-time jobs, one of which allows me to work from home. Otherwise, I am only away from the house from 1 PM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. I have a .5-acre fenced-in backyard/sideyard in the middle of Gainesville. It's truly a special place for a pup as we have a small pond, as well as plenty of toys and balls to play with. We can feed the dogs either once or twice daily depending on your preference. Fresh water is changed daily. Depending on the weather, should it cooperate, we will spend time in the morning outside and then, once again in the evening. Should the temperature get too high (let's be honest, it's going to be hot!) then I will move the dogs inside the 350 sq ft Florida room to stay cool. They're welcome to free roam in this area as it is a dog-safe area when I am not in the house, otherwise, they will have more access to the rest of the house. If your dog requires medication or special treatments of any kind, I am happy to oblige, so long as I can receive detailed instructions on said procedures. *I do have a dog of my own, Luna, who is a 6-year-old Golden Doodle. I also have 2 children, aged 6 and 9 who will be staying with me every other week. My dog and children all love other animals, but please feel free to notify me if you're concerned about this in any way. **Luna is up to date on all of her shots and is regularly treated for heartworms and fleas/ticks.

About: Ive grown up with my pets my entire life from having 2 dogs, 3 cats, fish, and a snake I love all animals! I decided to join this app after helping my friends in college take care of pets they were watching through Rover and looking for extra side income after having my son roughly two years ago. What sets me apart from other sitters is my level of patience, I’m no stranger to the crazy energy of a pet (or toddler😂) and I can’t wait to meet your furry fam and be crazy with them too! I have experience with puppies, teenagers, and even senior dogs as well! I have availability right after I get off work at 1:15pm every day, until I have to pick my son up from daycare at 3pm. Monday-Friday I’m open and am free to walk in the Jonesville/Newberry/Gainesville area! :) I currently only offer house drop in visits and dog walking, but I will consider other services if you are a previously established client, just message me with requests! :)
West Hills cat parents share their Rover experiences
Richard went above and beyond caring for our girls, with not only the necessities, but also by giving them more love and attention than we had ever expected. We truly felt peace of mind knowing our girls were in great hands. Richard also made two new furry friends, which was impressive considering how shy our cats usually are, and sent us wonderful pictures at every visit. We are so grateful and more than satisfied! ❤️
Vanessa was an amazing pet sitter! She was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciated all the updates and the pictures she sent of Luna and Miles. She made sure to walk Luna every evening and kept up with their routine perfectly. Vanessa was also very punctual with her drop-in visits, always arriving right on time. You can truly tell she cares about the pets she looks after. I would definitely book her again.

It was such a load off our minds to have Lacy check in on our kitties while we were on vacation. She let us know when she would be there and sent lots of pictures and videos of them which was nice when we were missing them! She also helped keeping an eye on things in and around the house. I will definitely use her services again!

unfortunately our flights were canceled at the last minute so Mary did not end up sitting for entire time we reserved. However I was very impressed with Mary's preparation - she came by twice to make sure our dog was comfortable with her and she asked good questions about our dog and cats and made sure she understood all my directions. I hope to reschedule for her to pet sit in the near future!

Angelina was very caring and attentive with my two cats. They tend to be a bit on the shy side but they seemed to warm up to her right off the bat. She sent me multiple pictures throughout my trip so I never had to worry how things were going. They seemed to really enjoy the cat tv videos she would put on for them while she was there. At the end of the trip there was even a little goodie bag for them when I got back that included some pictures of my boys along with some treats and toys. Will definitely book again I I get the chance. :)

Eden was absolutely amazing with our pets! We have two big dogs and a cat, and the 3 of them got plenty of love, cuddles, attention, and play time. Additionally, Eden was very communicative the whole time and took plenty new cute pictures of our babies. I would 100% trust her again with my pets and fully recommend her!

I'm grateful to Camille for responding to a late 2-week holiday request. She took on a full range of duties and an unexpected extension with careful attention to detail, prompting me to get my records in order. She got on well and quick with my cats, who tend to be anxious around new humans, and figured out a toy favorite that i've been using since and they haven't grown bored of yet. It's a relief to know that she's around as i look forward to future travel.
