About: I've been watching cats and dogs for family and friends for years. Dogs of all sizes, from great danes to pitties to boston terriers. The great Dane I took care of had hip dysplasia. I would help her get outside or to puppy pads to be able to use the bathroom. I didn't mind cleaning her or the floor if she had an accident. I made sure she got her medicine on time twice a day. I found ways to play with her that didn't require her running around but was still fun for her. One of the cats I took care of had heart problems. I made sure he got his meds twice a day, different doeses in the morning and at night. One of the family members I have watched pets for has 6 cats, so I am experienced in homes with lost of animals. I work part-time so I have plenty of time to give your pet attention. I'll do my absolute best to keep your pet on the schedule they're already on. I have no problem bathing your pet if necessary or giving them their medication. I try to feed your pets at the same time you usually do. I'll make sure they're properly exercised and not bored. About: I've had around 10 years of pet sitting different animals like dogs, cats, hermit crabs, fish, bearded dragons, and rabbits. When I lived in North Carolina I was known in my neighborhood to pet sit and would take care of many animals, with one house having five dogs and two cats! I also prefer meeting the animal through meeting the owner before pet sitting, as I don't want them to feel super threatened by me and so they'll understand I am just a visitor. With new animals I meet, I tend to move slow and unless they approach me and show that they trust me, I avoid pushing their boundaries and allowing them to be comfortable with me in their environment. I used to have a family where Id babysit their dog and two cats, and the first few times I visited, I would do the basic tasks, and then take the dog on the walk. Once they all were comfortable with me and enjoyed my presence, Id take her to the back yard and played with her for around an hour or until she was worn out and ready to sleep. The cats even let me play with them too about a day after they saw the dog showed she trusted me, and the family was overjoyed to finally have found a pet sitter that kept them all happy while they were gone.

This was my first time using a sitter who wasn't family for my cat, and as an anxious cat mom, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jessica was exceptional with my cat's anxiety medication, followed all of her care instructions, and kept me updated throughout my trip. This was our first experience with Autumn, and we could not be happier about the care she provided for our cats, Simon and Ashe. Simon, our diabetic indoor cat, usually does not respond to our absence well but Autumn found a way to engage him, not only succeeding in giving him all the necessary care and but also some enjoyable downtime. In her spare time, Autumn also attended to our shy outdoor cat, Ashe, making sure he would be well fed and have fresh water in scorching Florida weather. We cannot wait for Autumn to take care of our cats soon.
