You know that movie up with that dog 'Doug' in it? And how every time he sees a squirrel, he drops everything to focus on it? That is how I am with all animals. I pride myself in having a very chill, calm and loving home atmosphere for all animals to board at. I live in Duckpond, in Gainesville, close to Tom Petty park and in a one family home with my amazing partner. When your pet stays with me, all animals are treated like our own. I like to say this is my hobby for I already have three dogs of my own and I like to spoil all pets then give them back. While staying with me, I try to maintain any and all routines you have for your pets. I send a billion-trillion updates a day because I know how nerve racking it can be to leave your fur-children, I also always will do a meet and greet so you can vibe check the house and the current furry residents. I personally specialize in Senior dogs and tiny dogs and cats! Autumn is the best!! This was the first time I’ve left Doug with anyone and Autumn took care of him like he was one of her own. She sent lots of pictures and updates and her communication is great. I felt very comfortable leaving my boy with her and will definitely book with her again.
Autumn has watched my senior dog, Gunnar, twice now– once in 2023 for an extended housesitting stay while I was teaching abroad, and once again in 2026 when I needed someone for a few drop-in visits while I was at a conference. Autumn did an excellent job both times! Her communication was excellent– she sent me many detailed updates and lots of great photos throughout the stay! And during our initial meet-and-greets, she asked all the right questions to ensure that she would be able to meet Gunnar's needs. I can tell that she treated Gunnar with love and care, and that allowed me to relax during my trip as I knew he was in good hands. I would not hesitate to book with Autumn again!
Autumn was terrific. She sent photos every day and took such wonderful care of her. Rachel did greet me when I picked her up but I think she would have happily stayed with Autumn and her precious 2 dogs. I would be happy to use her again and recommend her to others

You can tell how much she genuinely loves and cares for animals, she really goes above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things! My Billie girl was so happy she didn’t want to leave!

Schedule
I am currently working part time downtown at Karma Cream. I am lucky to say my job accommodates my scheduling when it comes to pet sitting and I don’t take on clients outside of my availability! Other than that: I just graduated!!! Woo!!!

Safety, trust & environment
Within my home, I maintain a very comfortable setting! All animals are allowed on furniture and its pretty free roam. We do seperate the up stairs from the downstairs with a doggy gate due to it being carpeted and we want to prevent any potential accidents. We have supervised outside potty times and during feed, we do separate dogs with doggy gates to eat! We do not kenel within my home but we do require to be let known if you feel as if they have any tendencies to be untrusted!
Pets
A typical day
When your family stays with me, they will have the luxury of having a home away from home! I start my days off super early, mainly because my dogs have me trained for early morning walks due to Floridas hot weather. We eat breakfast, hangout in the yard and we go on all adventures together for momma needs a coffee and a sweet treat daily yall. It's a problem.
