About: Hi! I'm a veterinary student with over five years of pet-sitting experience and three years of volunteering with a local humane society caring for shelter animals. Before starting veterinary school, I spent five years as a high school science teacher, which strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to stay calm and dependable in new situations. I currently have two cats and a very senior dog, so I understand firsthand how stressful it can be to leave your pets in someone else's care. I've relied on Rover myself for short trips, extended time away, and daily pet care, so I know how much communication, photo updates, and maintaining your pet's routine can mean. My goal is to provide the same level of care and peace of mind that I look for when someone cares for my own pets. Caring for my senior dog, along with working with shelter animals, has taught me the importance of patience, reading body language, and building trust at each animal's pace. My senior pup believes every walk should involve stopping to sniff every blade of grass and plenty of cuddle breaks afterward, but I also love spending time with energetic dogs who enjoy longer walks, games of fetch, or even a run! Whether your pet is young, old, shy, or full of energy, I will tailor each visit to their individual needs. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, snakes, bearded dragons, and axolotls, and I am comfortable with medication administration when needed. Beginning August 4, I will be starting school. My weekday daytime availability will be limited while I adjust to my academic schedule, but I am available for early morning and evening walks/drop-ins, weekends, holidays, and long-weekend bookings. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I'm an early riser and available for morning visits before my day begins, as well as evening walks, drop-ins, feedings, and quality time with your pets. My weekends are wide open, making me a great option for weekend getaways or longer visits. As a veterinary student, I have a consistent schedule and can provide dependable, routine care throughout the week. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I understand that every pet responds differently when their family is away, so I take time to read their body language, respect their boundaries, and earn their trust at their own pace. During walks, I'm especially attentive to canine body language. My shelter experience taught me to recognize signs of stress and identify potential triggers early so I can keep walks safe and enjoyable. I'm also diligent about doors, gates, and leashes to ensure every pet stays safe and secure.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is truly my passion. I’ve been working with animals since I was a little girl, and one of my very first jobs was at a local pet shop called Aquarium Connection. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with all kinds of animals — from dogs and cats to reptiles, birds, and exotic pets. I personally own several reptiles myself, so I’m very comfortable caring for reptiles and birds in addition to traditional pets. I’m not afraid to get messy, handle shy or nervous animals, or care for pets with disabilities or medical needs. I’m experienced with giving medications and making sure animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Animals have always shown me unconditional love and comfort throughout my life, and being able to give that same care back to them means everything to me. I treat every pet like family and always strive to provide patient, loving, and dependable care. Pet care is a night weekends and holiday job. There are no off days ! I’m currently available 24 seven 365. I am looking to make my passion for animals into a full-time job Caring for my animals and others, is my upmost priority. They receive 100% of my time and attention. I have a completely fence and backyard with plenty of room to run. Inside they have a chance to meet three kitties, and have all the toys in the world. If they’re feeling adventurous, my bearded dragon would probably like to meet them too.

About: As a dog-parent with a bit of extra free time, I want to help fellow dog-parents with busier schedules! I have experience with a variety of dogs breeds and sizes- each with their own unique needs. I am available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, fetch, etc! I have a flexible schedule, as part of my job is dependent on the weather. So on dry weeks, I have quite a bit of free time! I always ensure pets have what they need to be comfortable and safe. I my own space, I have a fenced in yard, and my own 30 lb dog who loves other pups!

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. Beyond being raised with dogs in my home, I pet sat for neighbors growing up. In Tampa, I have a labradoodle, Ginger. In lieu of spending time with her, I am looking to give some love to other pups in the Gainesville area! I’m a student with a car living in Gainesville. I am fully available on weekends and most weekday mornings and evenings for pet care. I give complete attention to the pet(s) I am with. About: I have had dogs all my life so I am exceptionally used to and familiar with their care. I used to walk neighborhood dogs, big and small, when I was younger. As well as this, I come from a family that does doggy daycare consistently. With that, I am skilled in basic training for puppies and the care of young and old dogs. About: I currently have a lab puppy named Jerry (he is in my profile picture) who is very high energy and a cuddly cat named Piper🐾 Throughout my life I have owned and cared for eight dogs of varying sizes, two cats, and a bunch of chickens and goats. So I love animals to say the least!💗 I started pet sitting for family and friends all throughout college and am excited to meet new clients! I have a flexible schedule and am able to fit pet care into times I am not working or doing school work! I am often able to care for pets during the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. About: I have great experience with all dog sizes, but medium to small is the best for me. I have taken care of elderly dogs before, and I have a small elderly pomeranian at home, so i realize they require gentle care and attention. I have a dog park outside of my apartment that is mostly unused. It is perfect for giving your dog a potty/play break. The street i live on is slow with light traffic. I am able to care for pets 24/7. I am a part time student, mostly on line, so I am at home most of the day. I work in my bedroom or living room, and I have no trouble doing work on my computer with your pet. My apartment is not on a street, just a parking lot. There is a large yard and doggy play pen outside my home. I live with a Vet student, and I am better able to care for animals with her help. I have one roommate, and my apartment is very quiet and large. I am home all day, and i enjoy quiet studying while siting next to your pet. I get bored easily so I go for walks 4-5x a day, which I would love to do together with your pet! I have a lot of patience for animals since I grew up with them, but i prefer low-energy and calm animals because I get overwhelmed easily.
