“Rachel is a life saver. We recently moved to Ocala and were in need of a dog sitter. She was fast to respond. Rachel took great care of our baby & sent a picture to let me know how she was doing. Brownie was very happy when we got home & she was in a great demeanor & not stressed in the least. We will definitely use Rachel’s services in the future. Thank you again so much !”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and personalities, and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. From raising playful puppies to providing gentle, attentive senior care, I’ve experienced every stage of a dog’s journey. I’m confident in training, daily routines, and adapting to each dog’s unique needs to ensure comfort, consistency, and happiness. My goal is to offer dependable, loving care—treating every dog as if they were my own. I have two wonderful dogs of my own who receive my daily love and attention, but outside of their care, my schedule is flexible and open. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or quiet companionship, I’m dedicated to giving your pets the same level of comfort and care I give my own. Whether it’s a quick bathroom break in the backyard or full house and pet sitting for multiple nights, I provide attentive, reliable care with professionalism and love. You can trust that every task will be completed thoughtfully, and that your pets will feel safe, happy, and well-cared for.
“Victoria has been a tremendous drop-in sitter for our dog, Hunter. Every visit gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring and reliable hands. She consistently checks his food and water, makes sure he’s comfortable, and takes the time to play with him so he feels loved while we’re away. We truly appreciate her communication, and the genuine care she shows. Highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter!”

About: I have had my own dogs and cats my whole life and currently have one dog and one cat. I worked at an animal shelter through high school with all kinds of dogs and cats and am comfortable with pretty much anything they can throw at me. Sometimes accidents happen and it’s ok and sometimes they get scared when new people are around which is totally understandable. I’m very comfortable being patient with any animal who needs a little extra love and understanding. I am currently a full time student and usually my day is pretty open on any day I don’t have class and in between my classes. I have two pets of my own who I get up early to take care of before class and always make sure I’m home to take care of after class. Weekends that I’m not visiting family are usually completely free as well. In a client’s home, the most important thing for any nervous pet will be respecting boundaries. I have a nervous girl dog and girl cat so I totally understand when they are a little hesitant to new people. But if they are sociable and want plenty of love I can absolutely give that too. I am very good at reading their body language and actions to determine what they want or need in the moment and will absolutely respect that their space if they want that.
About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a teenager! I have ample experience with caring for senior dogs, giving walks, feeding, outdoor play, bathing, and nail clipping. I absolutely love all dogs, and I have experience with caring for big and small dogs alike! I am a graduate student at the University of Florida, so I have flexibility with my days to check in on your pets! I am open to visiting your home to care for your pet or bringing your pet into my own home to care for them! I do not travel much, so I largely have an open schedule. I will happily send you photos of your pets daily! I live in an apartment complex with ample courtyard space for dogs to walk and play. There is also a nearby dog park to take any dogs that I care for. I also have a lovely fenced in back porch that I often let my cat sit outside on. I am willing to visit and/or stay in your home with your animals as well! I will follow all instructions that you leave me, and I will ensure the safety of your pets while they are in my care.

About: I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I’ve raised my own chocolate lab the past 9 years as well as having dogs my whole life back home. I am a graduate student in Gainesville with very flexible class schedule at the end of week and have weekends free! I’m home a lot outside of class time. I live in an apartment complex by myself with the company of my chocolate lab to keep your pup entertained! We go on many walks and to the dog park to get all the energy out.
About: I've been the designated dog sitter for friends, neighbors, and family for the last few years. I am very flexible and excited to spend time with your fur-baby! Working 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a free lunch and dedicated time after 4:30/5:00 pm to lounge, go for a walk, and prepare the next day. I grew up with dogs that needed constant training in the younger years. From energetic to shy dogs, I have experienced many diverse behaviors. I respect the space that I am in and the position I hold when out of town to ensure quality care and sense of security for the owners!
About: Hi!! My name is Joanna, but everyone calls me Jo. I have been around all sorts of animals my entire life and greatly believe in building a bond with each pet. I currently have four pets of my own, including two cats, one dog, and a leopard gecko. I have over 5 years of experience in pet care, where my responsibilities have included daily walks, feeding, enrichment, and administering medications as needed. I have cared for various breeds, including cats, dogs, reptiles, and small mammals, always ensuring each pet's unique needs are met. I am always open to pet-sitting for any breed or species :) As a pet owner and caregiver, I have experience in caring for senior dogs and those with special needs. I have experience in administering medications, managing dietary restrictions, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and helping them feel confident and at ease in their environments. I have experience fostering several animals, from semi-feral kittens to a pitbull-staffy mix that was heartworm positive (and a foster fail). I worked through the process of humanely trapping them, spaying/neutering, socializing, and then re-homing them. The most rewarding part of the process was seeing the animals show their true personalities and being able to make an impact on their lives, even if only for a short time. I strongly believe that patience, understanding, and holding an open mind to each animal's needs is the most important part of caring for them. I love matching their energies, whether that be cuddling and couch-time, or running around the yard in the sun. I pride myself on always asking questions, researching, practicing, and acting on love with all animals. I also understand that each pet has individual needs and love learning to adapt around them. Animals are big communicators. I always strive to understand their cues and body language while adjusting to them and their parents' needs. * I am also very big on cleanliness. I am open to any task to ensure your pets' environment is clean, and their items are taken care of. (i.e., cleaning litterboxes, washing bowls, baths, etc.) I am currently in college, but I am taking online classes so I am able to work from anywhere. I have an open schedule, which is flexible to fit the needs of your furbabies. I am open to taking late requests and strive to be convenient for your schedule. I spend a lot of my day caring for my own furbabies. I have a senior cat, Stacy, who loves cuddles and naptime, as well as an orange boy named Maroon, who spends his days climbing, playing, and occasionally going on leash walks. The newest addition to my family is Squirrel, a two-year-old pitbull-staffy mix, whom I spent the last 2 months fostering amidst a heartworm diagnosis and treatment. I love practicing force-free training, going on hikes, and then joining him for cuddles on the couch. I also have a four-year-old Leopard Gecko named Luz. She is the smallest pet but has the largest personality. I enjoy handling her, educating myself on proper care, providing enrichment, and adapting to her unique needs. Pet care and maintenance are already a daily part of my routine. While watching others' furbabies, I pride myself on respect, understanding, and adapting to needs. I strive to ensure that your pet is safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own. I love sending updates, asking questions, and taking lots of funny photos.
About: I have had dogs most of my life that I helped take care. I ended up getting my own dog when I moved. I have my own place and love to have dogs stay while their parents are away. I work at Shands in the emergency room but have enough space for a safe pen when I’m away. I have a small dog park in my complex that I take my dogs to in the evening. I have 2 dogs that are friendly and enjoy making new friends. I also keep dogs separate when I am not home. We like to go to the dog park in the evenings when it’s not so hot
About: My entire life I’ve lived and cared for dogs in all shapes in sizes. From stubby Corgis to big, fluffy Bernese mountain dogs, or my wonderful pack of Australian cattle dogs back home. I was the one largely responsible for the care of my family’s elderly Berner, Diogi (pronounced D-O-G) in his final years of life. I’ve fostered and raised several new born puppies of varying temperament and seen them off to loving families, but I’m most proud of the unbreakable bond I’ve formed with who I would call my “soul-dog”, Winnie, my red Australian cattle dog whom I love more dearly than anything. Unfortunately she had to stay behind when I moved to Gainesville for college, but I get to see her often enough. I work on the side at Chick-fil-a as well as attend school full time. Despite this, my schedule is flexible and I have days throughout the week I am 100% free for anything. My regular school days see me out before 1PM. When I do work, I typically go in early afternoon (~2PM) and leave around 8-10PM. I live in an apartment complex which has several grassy areas to use the bathroom and get some sniffs in.. Nearby there are several nature trails as well as quite a few dog parks within walking distance. I do own a car which I am willing to use to drive to other locations for longer walks/new environments.

“Kate was great and I will definitely be using her again in the future! She responds quickly, is very understanding, and was available for me in a pinch. A lot of people are intimidated by Geno's size, and he still very much has a lot of "puppy energy" in him, so it's not always easy to find someone who embraces a big furry dog. Her drop in visit was perfect, and Geno was thrilled!”

About: I grew up on a farm and still do. I’ve only started dogging sitting/ boarding dogs other than my family’s dogs for a few years now. I’ve noticed that the dogs, I’ve take care of are really comfortable with me, while their owners are away. My goal every time, I’m taking care of new dog is that they feel safe with me. I’m also a part-time nanny right now, my schedule is flexible, so it’s just communicating a day and time that works for both of us! I don’t usually crate dogs, that’s more on the owner’s preference and what their comfortable with. There are 5 other dogs on the property that my family own. They have their own enclosure outside and I don’t allow the dogs I’m taking care of to see or interact with them as I’m trying to keep a safe environment for all animals.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and cats (small and large, often multiple at once), and animals tend to connect with me easily. For over 10 years I rescued and fostered cats and kittens, and along the way I also cared for a boa, several birds, a hedgehog, and mice. I’m comfortable and genuinely happy caring for all kinds of animals with patience, love, and respect. At home, I have two cats of my own, Juno (4) and Vesta (3). Vesta needs daily eye drops, so I’m well-practiced in medication administration and comfortable with pets who need a little extra care. I offer drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I treat every pet as if they were my own — consistent routines, lots of affection, and close attention to their needs. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands. I’m available full-time, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. With years of experience caring for cats, dogs, and other animals, pet care fits easily into my flexible daily routine. At home I have two cats, Juno and Vesta, both comfortable around visiting pets. I’m experienced with medication administration (Vesta gets daily eye drops), dog walking and will keep a calm, clean, attentive environment for every animal in my care.

My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and relaxed, and that you feel complete peace of mind. I have been taking care of large dogs for over 20 years, primarily standard poodles but I adore all breeds. I am happy to spend time with, walk, play, feed, and wholeheartedly love your pet(s) while you are away! I work hard to make it an easy and relaxing process for you, so that you can leave feeling your furry friend is in great hands! I will ask questions and make sure all the details are there, so you don't have to. I also am happy to help with other smaller friends! In my caregiving experience, I have fed frogs, tadpoles, and plants, alongside the dogs and cats! If you have another living creature that needs some attention and upkeep, I am so happy to offer my care as part of my services! **Please look forward to lots of videos, photos, and updates of your happy pet(s)!!!** As a pet owner myself, I know how much it matters to stay connected and updated! You will ALWAYS be in the know! I am super flexible and I am a full time remote student, so I am happy to work on schoolwork while I hang out with your pet(s) for longer stays (up to 8 hours) or I can easily plan my schoolwork around when I will be visiting (I will do this automatically for visits less than 2 hours)! Your preferences are what I will be happy to work around! For all clients, I require a planned meet and greet where I will meet your pet(s) and determine whether we'll be a compatible team. For dogs, I ask to go on a short walk during this time with the owner(s). During this time, we will go over their routine, all no-nos, food, treats, toys, emergency info, and any additional information you think I should know. With your permission, I will record this session of my phone so that I can generate a transcript and make a care routine document for you, so that you won't have to. You will also get a copy of this document that you can pass to others!
