About: I have been caring for animals my whole life, including having had cats, dogs, fish, and as a pet. I am familiar with caring for older animals that have lost the ability to fully care for themselves, caring for puppies or kittens, and pets with disabilities (blind, or sick etc.). So I am qualified to care for a pet at any age and just about any level of health! I work my own hours at my job and I have no scheduled weekly activities so I am free to come by and help at almost any day/time! I care for my cat at home by spending time with her playing and cuddling when I am free, letting her curl up with me in bed, and having her sit with me while I cook or do homework! In a client's home I would be interacting with the pets, feeding them, walking them to give them good exercise (for applicable pets), giving them cuddles and love, and providing a safe, clean space for them!

About: Hi! My name is Isabel, and I am a second year veterinary student at the University of Florida. Before veterinary school, I worked as a small, equine, and exotic animal veterinary technician. I have years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and medical needs. With my veterinary background, I am comfortable caring for senior dogs, puppies, and pets with medical needs. I understand that trusting someone with your dog is a big deal, so I do my best to make you and your pet comfortable from the start. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers the couch, I am happy to adapt to their needs and routines. I also prioritize clear communication and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! I am currently working part-time in the mornings, so I have plenty of time to check in on your pets in the afternoons and evenings! I care for pets in their home by prioritizing consistency and individualized care. I know pets feel most secure in their familiar environment, so I do my best to maintain their normal routine (feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, etc). I also take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and needs to make them feel most comfortable. I treat every client’s home with respect by keeping things clean, following all care instructions, and providing regular updates. With my veterinary background, I am also comfortable monitoring for any changes in behavior or wellbeing.

About: Im been working as both an veterinary assistant and technician for about 7 years. With some occasional dog walking and sitting throughout that. I’m currently going to veterinary school as well Im currently in vet school, so my hours are a little sporadic I’m mainly available after hours and during the weekends. But of course I can always find ways to work around your schedule. Im fear free certified, meaning I’m a big advocate for keeping pets stress/anxiety free. We can communicate on your pets special needs or make sure they feel comfortable.

About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs since I was little my father taught me to love and take care of animals from a young age. I’ve helped raise puppies and dogs of many ages and sizes I love them all! I make sure to stick to their schedules and that’s with their feeding, walking or any activity they may have I make sure to keep their routine up I have a lot of love to give I make sure they are happy and well fed and played with I don’t mind giving them baths and I have some experience with nail trimming I make sure they get enough exercise as well I don’t mind taking them on walks but also love to cuddle with them when it’s time to relax I take care of them as if they are my own I give them all the love and attention they need I always make sure to do a great job and I’ve had family friends and people I’ve pet sat for tell me the same that I’m very caring and do a great job! I’m currently unemployed I do a few babysitting jobs here and there but my schedule is very open I always move my schedule around to fit the needs of the pets I’m babysitting and of their owners as I like to make sure to stick to their daily routine so the pet feels comfortable I live in a mobile home so no fenced in yard my fur babies get walked on a leash and certain times of the day usually when there’s no other dogs around as mine are small dogs they get nervous around big dogs but they are very friendly I make sure to keep them safe always checking the surroundings I’m very protective of my fur babies but also those that are in my care make sure they are safe well fed and clean i usually have wipes for my babies that I use in between baths or if their paws get dirty I’ll clean them up I also check to see if they need nail trimming and I give them treats when they are well behaved which is all the time I run around with them when inside of the house they do have a kennel usually in their when it’s bed time and sometimes during the day when I’m babysitting kids they tend to get nervous but are super friendly with kids they just sometimes get overwhelmed so I put them in their safe space and they’ll usually sleep or play around with their stuffed toys and I’ll take them out either every thirty minutes to an hour or every two hours to either go potty or to walk around the house

About: I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I’ve raised my own chocolate lab the past 9 years as well as having dogs my whole life back home. I am a graduate student in Gainesville with very flexible class schedule at the end of week and have weekends free! I’m home a lot outside of class time. I live in an apartment complex by myself with the company of my chocolate lab to keep your pup entertained! We go on many walks and to the dog park to get all the energy out.

About: I have had dogs most of my life that I helped take care. I ended up getting my own dog when I moved. I have my own place and love to have dogs stay while their parents are away. I work at Shands in the emergency room but have enough space for a safe pen when I’m away. I have a small dog park in my complex that I take my dogs to in the evening. I have 2 dogs that are friendly and enjoy making new friends. I also keep dogs separate when I am not home. We like to go to the dog park in the evenings when it’s not so hot

About: I have had my own dogs and cats my whole life and currently have one dog and one cat. I worked at an animal shelter through high school with all kinds of dogs and cats and am comfortable with pretty much anything they can throw at me. Sometimes accidents happen and it’s ok and sometimes they get scared when new people are around which is totally understandable. I’m very comfortable being patient with any animal who needs a little extra love and understanding. I am currently a full time student and usually my day is pretty open on any day I don’t have class and in between my classes. I have two pets of my own who I get up early to take care of before class and always make sure I’m home to take care of after class. Weekends that I’m not visiting family are usually completely free as well. In a client’s home, the most important thing for any nervous pet will be respecting boundaries. I have a nervous girl dog and girl cat so I totally understand when they are a little hesitant to new people. But if they are sociable and want plenty of love I can absolutely give that too. I am very good at reading their body language and actions to determine what they want or need in the moment and will absolutely respect that their space if they want that.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and cats (small and large, often multiple at once), and animals tend to connect with me easily. For over 10 years I rescued and fostered cats and kittens, and along the way I also cared for a boa, several birds, a hedgehog, and mice. I’m comfortable and genuinely happy caring for all kinds of animals with patience, love, and respect. At home, I have two cats of my own, Juno (4) and Vesta (3). Vesta needs daily eye drops, so I’m well-practiced in medication administration and comfortable with pets who need a little extra care. I offer drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I treat every pet as if they were my own — consistent routines, lots of affection, and close attention to their needs. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands. I’m available full-time, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. About: I've had many dogs growing up, from small to large-sized. I also watched friends and neighbors' pets while they were out of town. Ever since then, I’ve seen the warmth dogs bring to a home. Once I got my dog, Larry, a few years ago, I understood the work of taking care of a dog. My best memories are with dogs and I hope that I can provide the love and responsibility that every dog deserves. I was working full time at a bakery but took some time off for educational reasons, and currently spend time with my dog Larry and would like to help take care of other animals as well. My dog has a fenced-in backyard where we play with his beloved chuck it ball. I take Larry on plenty of walks, the length depends on the temperature and weather. We hike around Kanapaha park, the botanical gardens, and San Felasco.

About: I grew up on a farm and still do. I’ve only started dogging sitting/ boarding dogs other than my family’s dogs for a few years now. I’ve noticed that the dogs, I’ve take care of are really comfortable with me, while their owners are away. My goal every time, I’m taking care of new dog is that they feel safe with me. I’m also a part-time nanny right now, my schedule is flexible, so it’s just communicating a day and time that works for both of us! I don’t usually crate dogs, that’s more on the owner’s preference and what their comfortable with. There are 5 other dogs on the property that my family own. They have their own enclosure outside and I don’t allow the dogs I’m taking care of to see or interact with them as I’m trying to keep a safe environment for all animals.

About: I have been in and out of the animal industry for a few years now. I have worked in a doggy day care, a humane society, a vet’s office and a dog training facility. My animals are my babies and I will treat yours just the same. Pet care is just so natural to my daily life. My pets are all I have so anytime I’m not working, my time is spent with my babies. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly great dane who loves to just run around and be silly. I free feed my girls, but have my dog on a feed schedule.

About: I have around 8 years of personal pet care experience, including a summer job at PetSmart. I took care of dogs, cats, and every little animal in-between. I have 6 cats, and 1 dog, all of whom were rescued from different situations, and are well-loved and cared for deeply. My availability differs from week to week, but I will do my best to accommodate every pet parent's individual schedules and needs. I will ensure excellent communication throughout the process. I intend to treat my client's home and animals with respect and the same standards I hold my own home to. While I am unable to offer my own home, I will make sure that your's is taken care of.

About: Ive grown up with my pets my entire life from having 2 dogs, 3 cats, fish, and a snake I love all animals! I decided to join this app after helping my friends in college take care of pets they were watching through Rover and looking for extra side income after having my son roughly two years ago. What sets me apart from other sitters is my level of patience, I’m no stranger to the crazy energy of a pet (or toddler😂) and I can’t wait to meet your furry fam and be crazy with them too! I have experience with puppies, teenagers, and even senior dogs as well! I have availability right after I get off work at 1:15pm every day, until I have to pick my son up from daycare at 3pm. Monday-Friday I’m open and am free to walk in the Jonesville/Newberry/Gainesville area! :) I currently only offer house drop in visits and dog walking, but I will consider other services if you are a previously established client, just message me with requests! :)
