I am highly comfortable with: Administering oral medications Managing leash pullers on walks Crater training and housebreaking routines Caring for anxious or shy pets I have worked as a vet tech and have done grooming. I also have done prior training and have shown my babies in Akc fun rally and obedience shows. I am a early retired per enthusiast. I find animals are the best therapy for a relaxing lifestyle. When your pet is with me, their safety and happiness are my top priorities. For Dog Walking: We will explore safe, dog-friendly routes, practice good leash manners, and get plenty of fresh air. I always bring fresh water, waste bags, and treats (if allowed!). For Pet Sitting: I stick strictly to your established feeding, potty, and playtime schedules to keep your pet's stress levels low while you are away. About: Ive been an pet owner since childhood (I am 60 years old!). I have worked in a pet grooming shop as a bather so I am familiar with handling animals. I used to have a pet sitting business years ago in NJ. My schedule is very flexible. I am available every day from 6:30am to 8pm. I can do AM, mid afternoon or PM visits upon request. Drop in visits, perimeter fence check, safety checks, accident clean up, dog walking upon request, feeding, change water, indoor plant watering, don't see a service you need ask!
About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. About: CPR certified, able to administer medications orally/injection site. Going to school for veterinary medicine. Previous daycare/boarding and training experience. Basic obedience training may be provided. This is my full time job, and am available at any time, whether it be an overnight stay at our place or yours. Daycare hours are from 8am-7pm and boarding drop off is at 730-8am. I have a full fenced backyard with plenty of running space for your babies. We have one senior dog who gets along with others even the cat! If sitting at your place I am CPR certified and trained in proper wound bandaging.
