“Great experience. Cooper loved Linds and her husband. You can see in the many pics she sent (appreciated) he was happy. She kept him very active with a variety of activities. Has beautiful area to walk with Cooper. She is a kind and sweet lady who cares a lot about ur baby. We trust her completely with Cooper and look forward to Cooper staying with her again. Thanks so much Linda”

“I’ve worked with Nola forever. If you wish to travel without worrying about the loving care your pet is receiving in your absence, she and Rick are the ones. Look no further and relax….enjoy your vacation.”
“Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous, Friendly, Caring, and SO wonderful! Our Ruby was happier staying with her than she is staying at home with one of us when the other leaves the house! Her constant updates, photos & videos are a terrific comfort! We will absolutely trust her with our Ruby again! Thank you, Lenetta!”

“Stefhany and Jean ensured that Luca will be okay and will have the care and attention he needed, as he’s never been away from us. They sent pictures and videos every day and Luca was very happy to be in the care of their family. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.”

“This was my kodas second stay with stephani and I couldn’t be happier. I ended up needing to extend the stay and she was very helpful and flexible. She always keeps me updated with messages and pictures, which makes me feel really comfortable while I’m away. I trust her fully with my dog and will definitely book again.”

“Kailyn was amazing with our Ari! We got daily updates and she really kept Ari engaged during her stay while we were gone for Europe. Our dog Ari loved all the company she had at Kailyn’s home that she didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Kailyn!”

“Fabulous and kind. She sent beautiful pictures and kept closely in touch. Very flexible with pick up and drop off and went out of her way to meet with us in our time frame (which was last minute).”

“Dawn and he family took care of our Captain as their own. When I brought Captain back, she seemed to be missing her "vacation" family. Definitely will reuse Dawn's services in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks!”

“Tina and Bill are great! My babies are happy and comfortable when they're there. That gives me peace of mind when I'm away! Tina and Bill have been our sitter for the past year or so and I'll continue to choose them. Thank you so much Tina and Bill! I appreciate you!”

“Diana was amazing! She accommodated a last minute request and took great care of our pug, Casey. Casey is an older girl who needs lots of snuggles and love. We had to extend the trip out a day and Diana helped with getting more food. Her communication was great! Highly recommend!”

“If you are really looking for someone to take care of your pet while your out on vacation business trip or anything…Heidi is the best!. Excellent service, always keeping in touch by sending pictures of your pet letting you know how he is doing. First time I feel comfortable having someone taking care of him. I really felt he was in good hands and didn’t worry during the 2 days he was with Heidi. Highly recommend Heidi. Thank you for taking care of Diesel!”

“Jessica was very accommodating to Bella’s and my needs. She sent pics to let me know that Bella was doing fine, and didn’t have an issue with Bella being active around her young child. Would definitely book her again in the future! She’s awesome!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Beverly Hills
Thank you! Thank you! 💕 You two are the Best! We missed him so much. Almost 3 weeks is a long time to be away from our puppy dog.🐾🐾🐾 It might be a while before we board him again, but we know we can count on you to spoil him rotten when we do! 🥰 I could tell by all the pictures that Linc had a great time with you .... and that he was safe and well cared for the whole time we were gone. He has come home happy and tired! Which is good because we have to recover from our vacation too🚢

My girls had a wonderful time with Christopher and his wife. Both dogs came home happy and confident. Especially my Becky who is nervous and reactive, she came home so happy and confident I’m thinking we should arrange regular pup sitting just to keep this going. I got regular updates and pictures of how the girls were doing the whole time I was away. Would definitely recommend using them!

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Beverly Hills home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
