“We had an absolutely exceptional experience with our sitter! She cared for our newly rescued hound, Georgia, for 11 days, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to leave her with. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly professional, communicative, and accommodating. She immediately asked about Georgia’s needs and personality and was completely willing to meet her where she was at. Georgia can be an anxious girl, and one of the things we appreciated most was how patient and thoughtful she was with her. She took the time to figure out what worked best for Georgia rather than pushing her too far or putting her in situations that might unnecessarily stress her. She really respected Georgia’s boundaries and let her build confidence at her own pace. It was clear that she genuinely understood that every animal is different and deserves individualized care. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Honestly, Georgia had a vacation of her own while we were on ours! She has a beautiful, spacious, fenced-in area for the animals, and Georgia clearly had the BEST time at the farm. Our girl also had a little hot spot that needed some attention, and our sitter kept a close eye on it and cared for it so well that it improved tremendously while she was there. And when we picked Georgia up, she had even had a bath! She was also incredibly kind when I had to cancel one day at short notice. I didn’t expect a refund at all (even told her not to worry about it), but she immediately sent one without hesitation. That really speaks to the kind of person she is. From the communication and professionalism to the genuine care and patience she gave Georgia, this was truly an exceptional experience. We felt completely comfortable knowing our girl was in such good hands, and we will absolutely be back. We couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you for giving Georgia such a wonderful little farm vacation! ❤️🐾 She’s definitely looking forward to her next stay at the farm with her new friends! 🤗”

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life. Cats, dogs, birds, iguanas, ferrets and a few farm animals too. I was involved in an animal rescue group for several years, fostering many animals who had health issues. I firmly believe that all animals deserve love, shelter, safety, and food. I fall in love with almost every animal I meet! Even chickens! When I'm taking care of an animal, they get a majority of my attention and affection. I do some work from home so it should blend well. I like to meet with the owners and pets a couple of times before to be sure the animals are familiar with me and learn any important information for each pet. I try to follow the owners routine so that the pets are not confused.

“Phoenix boarded my basset hound Nelly for 9 days and was both professional and fun. Her home is in the country, and she has pets and other farm animals, which looked happy and well taken care of. I felt comfortable leaving Nelly with her because Nelly looked excited to be there and liked her kids. Nelly is a rescue with separation anxiety, but she came home happy and not anxious at all. Phoenix communicated professionally with Rover, even when I was busy, and sent a good number of pictures as well. I didn't have to worry about Nelly because Phoenix had no trouble taking care of her. She is really great with animals!”

I understand that every dog is unique, so I take the time to learn their routines, personalities, and individual needs. I’ve also trained my dogs to follow commands and perform tricks, which has strengthened my patience, consistency, and communication skills. In addition, I groom my own dog and am comfortable assisting with regular brushing, bathing, and other basic grooming needs. Whether it’s a playful puppy with energy to burn, a senior dog who prefers a gentler pace, or a shy dog who needs extra patience and reassurance, I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. My goal isn’t simply to watch your pet—it’s to help them feel at home, provide plenty of affection, and offer the same loving care I’d want for my own dog. When you’re away, you can feel confident knowing your furry family member is in caring, experienced hands. My schedule is flexible, and I spend much of my time at home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. As I build my home-based business, I have the opportunity to structure my schedule around the needs of the pets in my care. I enjoy having animals around and love incorporating walks, playtime, outdoor breaks, and plenty of cuddles into my day. I can also work with each pet's individual routine, including feeding schedules, medication instructions when applicable, and their preferred balance of activity and relaxation. My goal is to make sure your dog isn't simply staying somewhere while you're away, but is receiving consistent attention and feeling like part of the family. My home is dog-friendly, with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play and room to relax indoors. I have a mellow dog of my own, and I understand that not every dog will immediately feel comfortable around a new dog or in a new environment. I take a gradual, individualized approach to helping each guest settle in. Your dog will have time to get comfortable with my husband and me, explore the house, and decompress before any introductions to my dog. I'll follow their cues and comfort level, allowing them to adjust at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed. If the dogs don't get along or simply need their own space, my home can be sectioned off so they can remain safely separated while still receiving plenty of individual attention, affection, and playtime. Dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor fun in the fenced yard or relax and play indoors. I also have two large dog beds available, or you're welcome to bring your dog's own bed and familiar items to help them feel at home. My priority is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where every dog feels comfortable, gets the attention they deserve, and is cared for as an individual.
