“Linda was the best sitter I’ve ever had. She boarded my dog Kaedy for 3 nights and sent me a lots of pictures which made me feel like all was good . Kaedy was leary at first because it had been awhile since she was boarded but Linda knew how to put her at ease. She trained my dog not to jump on her bed and she wouldn’t when she got home, which I was grateful for. And I like how she only watches one dog at a time so she gives them her full attention. I highly recommend her.”

“Sarah was not only the best dog sitter ever but she also gave me companionship and compassion during a difficult time. She is an amazing person and will absolutely be the best dog sitter you'll ever have. I will be using her again if i ever have to!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My furry loves Nola and Rick and so do I. They take wonderful care of my doggie. She comes home happy and hearty. Nola is very accommodating as I had a delay in my return and she was more than happy to keep my pup for an extra day.”

“Tucker usually has separation issues when we leave him somewhere and when he comes back home he’s not himself for a few days but when he stayed at Stephanie’s he seemed very happy and was back to normal as soon as he got home. I would recommend her as she seems wonderful with the dogs and their clients. We look forward to using her again.”

“I was hesitant due to the distance from the middle of the Villages however I liked the fact that she limited the number of pets. After meeting with her and seeing the home and yard I decided to use her for Bentley’s boarding. I am extremely happy and pleased with her care and especially for the many photos. I will definitely recommend and will book with her again.”

“Wonderful dog sitter. Our dog definitely enjoyed his stay. Lenetta and her husband are so kind and kept us updated on our dogs stay daily. We will definitely booked again for our pet sitting needs.”

“Erica is always our number one go to for our fur babies! We recently got a new puppy and she took phenomenal care of him as she always does with our other two girls. We will always have her watch our dogs while we’re away!”

“I am SO happy and grateful that I was lucky enough to find Stefhany and Jean! They took wonderful care of my pups molly and tofu, who were treated like the princess and prince that they are. I had to change my vacation plans, at the last minute, about 3 times due to an illness in my family - and they were wonderful - very understanding and accommodating. I was also nervous leaving tofu for the first time, who was a rescue from an abuse case. After a couple of days stay, however, I was getting videos and pictures showing that my kiddos were happy and playing like they were at home! Apparently tofu had no problem running around their big yard and claiming their couch as his own! It is a gift to now have a place where I know the pups will be safe and happy. I will DEFINITELY be back!”

“Dawn and he family took care of our Captain as their own. When I brought Captain back, she seemed to be missing her "vacation" family. Definitely will reuse Dawn's services in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks!”

About: I have always had pets, from small dogs and cats to big guardian dog breeds. I've also dealt with puppies, senior dogs, or pets with special health needs. I provide dependable, personalized care because I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, so you can have peace of mind. I take the time to get to know each pet, whether that means keeping up with an energetic puppy's play schedule, giving extra patience and gentle care to senior pets, or helping shy or anxious animals feel comfortable at their own pace. I always follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special preferences. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. I believe communication is just as important as great pet care. Whether we're going on walks, playing, cuddling, or simply keeping your pet company, I'll treat them with the same care, respect, and attention I'd want for my own. My focus is on creating a safe, fun, and stress-free experience for both you and your pet. My schedule is flexible for walks and feedings if necessary. My schedule is completely open if extended time is needed for longer walks, play time and belly rubs 🥰. I have an open floor plan which allows your fur baby to roam free with plenty of space. I also have space for a crate when needed. I have a friendly dog for him or her to play with.
“Blanca loved her stay with Toni and enjoyed playing with another big dog. She was really treated like part of the family and I know today she misses the attention. I will definitely use Toni again because I know my girl was safe and happy there. Highly recommend!!”

“We loved leaving our toy Aussie with Laura! Bella had a blast, and came home happy after playing with her new doggie friends. It was especially nice getting the videos and pictures that Laura sent to us while we were away. It made us feel good to see that our doggie was having a good time while we were away, and we loved the updates! We will certainly use Laura again.”

“Wonderful experience- friendly, dependable, and very attentive to our dogs’ needs. Great communication throughout the stay and lots of updates. They went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of! Highly recommend!”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
