“Another great experience with Linda and Ron!! They are absolutely the best and most kind people. They send us multiple updates with photos throughout the day which makes me and my SO at ease when we're away. Our pup Winnie loves them so much so we definitely recommend having them take care of your pup as well. We will try to book with Linda and Ron whenever we need to!”

“Stephanie and her husband are a blessing! We moved to town and we waiting to close on our house. The closing took about a week and we didn't have to worry about our furbies at all while we stayed in a local hotel who didn't allow pets. They had their hands full with our two dogs and two cats and were very lenient with us when we had extend there stay. We will be using them again!”
“Kailyn was awesome! She sent us photos and updates frequently! Our girls loved her! Our standard poodle struggles with separation anxiety and she made her stay extra special and comfortable! Would highly recommend! 10/10”
“Josephine and family took really good care of Shiloh my pup. Shiloh seemed to be living life and having loads of fun, he got his nails trimmed and a bath, 8 day's may have been a little long for him since he never experienced me being gone so long but, he played with other pups, overall im extremely impressed by the Love ❤️ this family gave Shiloh and he is now home lying on couch sleeping, tomorrow he'll be back to his home life, I'll definitely be checking for Josephine's availability from time to time.”

“Thank you SO much for taking such great care of our boys! It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands and a wonderful environment while we were out of state... Thank you!!”
“Elisa did an amazing job watching my Beagle. She sent videos of their time together which was very thoughtful. Thanks so much for taking great care of her. Will definitely book again when needed.”

“Erica was great. Our puppies had so much fun. Loved getting the pics and messages about how the dogs were doing while we were away. We'll use Erica again in the future.”

“Had Nola & Rick watch our little Faith and couldn’t be happier with the care they provided for her, especially since she needs medication regularly. She was very excited when I dropped her off and had a wonderful time with them. Truly feel blessed to have found great providers of such wonderful care! Will be booking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good place to board their pet.”

“This is the first time I used Rover and i was so happy with the care Heidi provided to my dogs. She was very accommodating and was always available for any short changes. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Cesar is the best!!!! Finding someone I trust with my working dogs is no small task, so I don't give recommendations lightly. From the start, Cesar was incredibly accommodating and took the time to understand their routines, expectations, and care requirements. What impressed me most was that he struck the perfect balance between being kind and being consistent. Cesar didn't let them get away with their usual shenanigans, maintained their structure, and clearly understood how to handle dogs that are used to having jobs and boundaries. Throughout their stay, I received plenty of photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind and let me see how much fun they were having. It was obvious they were getting both mental and physical enrichment, not just being watched. The biggest endorsement I can give is that I picked up two very happy, relaxed, and thoroughly worn-out dogs. They came home content, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed their time with him. For anyone looking for a sitter who goes beyond basic pet care and truly understands dogs, especially working dogs, I would not hesitate to recommend Cesar.”

“Wonderful experience- friendly, dependable, and very attentive to our dogs’ needs. Great communication throughout the stay and lots of updates. They went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of! Highly recommend!”
“This was the first time we left our puppy with someone and we are happy to say manny and Jessica were both amazing we had constant updates along with many pics of our little guy”
“Spencer got an injury right before we went away and we were so happy Sam was free to watch him. We knew he would be in good hands with her. She figured out how to trick him to take his meds and gave him all the attention and cuddles he needed as he healed.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years. I speak fluent Spanish! I’ve raised my dog Zoso since I was 14 when she was a puppy, she recently passed away at 17 years old so having other dogs around makes me so happy. I also have two cats who are young, orange, and friendly, and I own horses, so I’m experienced with pets of all sizes and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I am an expert on giving medication too from having a senior dog for many years! What sets me apart is my reliability, genuine love for animals, and the peace of mind I give owners knowing their pets are safe, comfy and happy. I spend most of the time at home working remotely so they will get all my attention! I currently work part-time from home, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to care for pets during the week and weekends. I’m available for walks, drop ins, and boarding. I love spending time playing with animals, giving them attention, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where pets are treated like my own. I have a private yard linked to trails that I walk daily, and I’d love to bring your dog along for exercise and fresh air. Most importantly, I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to make sure every pet feels secure, comfortable with routine, and well cared for!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
