1. Harlie D.

“Harlie is amazing. I got some not so great news about my older dog the morning before I went out of town and Harlie has been supportive, communicative and attentive to my girl. She is wonderful! 10/10 recommend. And I am a picky dog mom.”

2. Patty V.

“Patty was great with our boy Sam. She was patient with him which helped a lot because he is so skittish and afraid of everything. We appreciate that she was willing to sit on short notice and have already asked her to sit when we go away in August. We definitely recommend her as a pet sitter.”

3. Christopher M.

“Christopher did a great job with our pets. He is very calm and treats the pets with care. We would definitely recommend Christopher for anyone looking for a great sitter.”

4. Tina E.

“Wonderful!! Can't say enough good stuff about Tina. She's a sweetheart and loved my Bernie and she loved Tina. They had a good day with no issues so I was able to travel to Jacksonville for Dr appointments. Tina arrived bright and early ask planned and was very patient about our long day away. Bernie, Mom & Dad love Tina E!”

5. Heather S.

“Once again, Heather was absolutely wonderful with our doggies! They were so excited to see her, which is always reassuring to know that they have good memories of her time with them. About: Hi, I am Cindy! I’m a passionate pet lover with a lifetime of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other furry friends. Whether it’s a loyal best friend canine, a cuddly cat, or a skiddish one, or a senior pet in need of extra TLC, I provide personalized care tailored to their unique needs. I have recently moved to Inverness and I am looking forward to meet you and your babies. Your pet will feel safe, loved, and treated like family. From playtime to snuggles and keeping up with their routine, I’m here to ensure they’re happy and comfortable while you’re away. I understand how much pets mean to their families, which is why I prioritize communication, sending daily updates, and photos, so you always know your pet is in great hands. If you’re looking for a reliable, loving caregiver for your furry family member, I would love to meet you and your pet! Details I have my husband Chris on my account because awhile back we used to be able to take pets in our home. We have recently moved to Inverness and no longer have a fenced yard so we have discontinued that service for now. He does not accompany me for housesitting but he may stop by to bring me dinner once in awhile. We still have a demanding Lucky (our cat) at home that needs him. I know life can be unpredictable, which is why I am available 24/7 to care for your pets whenever you need me. Whether it’s an last minute trip, planned vaction, just an overnight stay, or an extended trip, I am here to provide flexible and reliable care tailored to your schedule. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are my top priorities, and I am always ready to adapt to their routine, ensuring they feel safe and loved no matter the time of day. Let’s work together to make sure your furry friend gets the care they deserve, whenever you need it! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priority. I strive to provide a calm, secure, and loving environment. I’ll follow your pet’s routine to the letter, ensuring they feel safe and secure in their familiar surroundings. I am committed to treating your home with respect and keeping it just as you left it. I take trust seriously, providing regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you’ll always know your furry family member is well cared for. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or sticking to special instructions, I am here to give you peace of mind and your pet the love and care they deserve.

7. Courtney M.
“I’ve known Courtney for many years and I know that whatever dog comes into her care she will treat as that was her own dog. She knows how to handle dogs and also knows all the proper care for a dog and any dog that would stay with her will be taken care of like it was her own”

8. Yaritza M.
“I am happy to recommend Yaritza for your pet care. Our dog Shera absolutely loved her. She had an immediate bond with our dog. We will definetly be using her for our next vacation.”

9. Vanessa S.
About: I care about them as if they were my own. They don't live as long as humans so they deserve the best life we can give them while they're here. The only experience and knowledge I have of dogs and cats is what I've learned on my own with my pets throughout my life. I don't have a job so my availability is mostly flexible. Looking for extra money, I don't have any special skills I just need extra money and love dogs and cats. The only thing I can think of that puts me apart from other services/sitters is the desire and drive to complete any task, besides my love for pets, I have a great work ethic that helps me be motivated to ensure every step was taken in completing a task. Money is also a great motivator but isn't the saying "do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life", that's a great interpretation of my work ethic. I'm currently unemployed. I usually have availability on Saturday, and Sunday. If I am available during the weekend I will update my schedule, otherwise that's my availability. I cannot offer boarding in my home because I live in an apartment where each pet in my home needs to be paid for and accounted for by my apartment management but I will treat your animals and living spaces like royalty and respect all responsibilities asked of me while I care for your pets in your home.

10. Stefano C.
“Stefano is a very responsible pet caregiver. He took care of my dog, Molly on more than one occasion and took her to the vet every week to get her shots. I found that Molly really enjoyed Stefano’s company. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and experienced pet caregiver and truly enjoys caring for animals.”

11. Heidi S.

“Testament for Heidi – An Amazing Pet Sitter I wholeheartedly recommend Heidi as an exceptional pet sitter. She is not only responsible and reliable but also genuinely loves and cares for animals as if they were her own. Heidi goes above and beyond to ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Her attention to detail, patience, and ability to understand each pet’s unique needs make her stand out. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just providing comforting companionship, Heidi handles every task with dedication and kindness. She has a natural ability to connect with animals, making even the most anxious pets feel at ease. Her updates and communication provide peace of mind, knowing that our furry friends are in the best hands. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and experienced pet sitter, Heidi is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend her enough!”

12. Robin W.

“Robin took excellent care of our boys over the weekend. Would absolutely book again!”

13. Mikayla R.

“Mikaela was great with Athena and Little Bit! This is the first time a new person has interacted with our girls since we have had them. She made friends with them and judging from their reaction when I came home they looked forward to her daily visits.”

14. Rebecca S.
About: I have had experience with small to giant breed dogs and love them all. I am proficient with giving medication or adhering to dietary restrictions. I do have a day job but am just throwing myself out there for those that may have a hard time finding pet sitters on a weekend like I have. My own animals are well taken care of and enjoy playing in our yard, are on a supplemental meal program, and are given all luxuries.

15. Dawn C.

“I had never heard of or used rover.com before and I'm so glad I did. Dawn kept Herbie (my precious mini doxie) happy and healthy for 7 days -- no small feat, except his feet ;-) I was so pleased that he was able to stay at home, without the stress of a kennel, and enjoy the company of someone who cares as much as I do for my little buddy. Even through tornado watches and horrible weather she was steadfast in her commitment. I would definitely recommend Dawn and request her services again. ”

16. Ana R.
About: I’m a long time dog mom with a flexible schedule so I’m free to meet your dog’s needs. I started dog sitting a few years ago and loved it so much that I’m now a 3x rescue dog adopter. I’m experienced with senior dogs, puppies, and dogs that need medication. I’m most comfortable with small to medium dogs. I love going on long walks with dogs. If your dog is more active, I’m happy to go on a run or play a game of catch at the dog park. Also happy to hang out on the couch with dogs that are more low energy. I really love dogs and each one’s unique personality. I’m excited to get to know your dog and hang out with my new friend! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pup. They will have my full attention when I’m with them! I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love having company! If your pup is shy, we’re happy to crate our dogs to help them feel more comfortable. For drop in visits, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks - just like they would at home. I’ll follow your instructions for a consistent routine. For dog walks, your pup will get a fun, safe outing at their pace. Whether they enjoy a brisk walk or leisurely sniffing around. I’ll tailor the walk to their energy levels.

17. Jasmine T.

“Jasmine was wonderful to come and care for my babies during a last minute holiday trip that I had to make. Everyone was well cared for (she even found a wound on my golden retriever that we hadn't found yet, allowing me to care for it when I arrived back later that day)!”

18. Gail P.

“Gail was amazing with our anxious, sweet, quirky rescue! She took him on day trips and kept him company while we were gone. He was in much better shape than when he has to stay at camp or stays somewhere else. Thanks for all the extra love for our boy Gail!”
