From the second she laid eyes on my puppy her level of animation and care and genuine affection for my dog was apparent. She sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the day to show me how his day was going. She even took him to PetSmart and bought him a special chew toy for teething puppies. Lenetta has my highest recommendation she is amazing.”

“Katie is amazing! We had to leave town for the weekend so we needed to find good care for our energetic Hank. I stumbled upon rover and found Katie, so I decided to message her right away, she responded within minutes! And that same conversation led us to our meet and greet the next day. When we got to the meet and greet, we were welcomed by Katie and her family, she has two older dogs and she created a safe place for Hank to meet her dogs individually first. All the dogs got along really well and we know that Hank was comfortable and happy to stay with Katie when we had to leave. During the stay with Katie, she was very good at communicating with me throughout the trip, and from the picture she sent us we know that Hank was having a great time. Katie is wonderful and if we ever have to look for care for hing, we will definitely come back to her!”
