Hello! I provide loving care for your pets and home so you can travel worry free. I love what I do! Im a certified Reiki practitioner who works on animals. Im 62 years old and a former K-12 art teacher with an additional teaching certificate in special education. I have high standards regarding the care of animals. Ive been pet sitting since 2016 after my pup of 13 years passed away. Its best to contact me about my availability rather than rely on the Rover calendar. Animals bring so much into our lives, I try to make their time with me safe, comfortable and enjoyable. I believe animals continually communicate with us, its just a matter of learning their language and listening. You can tell a lot about people by how they treat animals.

Schedule
I prefer repeat long term clients. I like to get to know and understand the unique needs and personality of each animal I care for and develop trusted professional relationships with pet owners. I cater my services to the unique needs of each animal and pet owner I work with. I only work with a small number of pet care clients so your pets get my full attention. All pet owners receive photos and daily updates about how their pets are doing.

I've owned a home for 30+ years and have been a resident in Citrus county since 1997. I'm familiar with this area and managing a house and property. I've also hired pet sitters and house sitters to care for my pup and home, so I know it can be difficult to find someone you can trust with your pet(s) and in your home.
A typical day
My animal philosophy: Mental and physical exercise and fun. Clean, fresh water. Healthy nutritious food. A clean and comfy sleeping area. Sanitary bathroom area. Kindness, compassion and respect. A little spoiling. Training and structure. Good healthcare. Not necessarily in that order. I cater my services to the unique needs of each animal and pet owner I work with.
