We had a great experience with Andrea. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took the time to make sure everything was handled exactly how we like it. Most importantly, Suma really enjoyed her and had a great time playing. She was always prompt and communicative, sending lots of updates, photos, and messages during her visits—which I know many pet owners will really appreciate. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts in the extra effort. She’s newer to Rover, but you wouldn’t know it from the level of care and professionalism she brings. We’d absolutely book her again!

Glad to be writing this recommendation for Andrea: I have known Andrea her entire life. She has owned and loved pets throughout. Dogs, cats, birds, hamsters and hermit crabs to remember a few.
