Only then we'll know if I can accept your doggie. • Hey, we all want this to work out but if the dogs don't like it, well....that's why we do the meet and greet: to know if the choice fits everyone involved and choose accordingly🙏🏻 • I never give "human food" to pets. Occasionally, I share certain fruits with my own dog (specifically those that are safe and non-toxic for them) or, occasionally, a boiled egg; aside from that, nothing else. BUT, your pet will strictly follow the diet you specify. • I clean the bowl and pour fresh filtered water daily. • I have set my account available to no more than 2 pets at a time; however, it is worth noting that regardless of the number of pets present, I guarantee that I can manage their interactions appropriately, as I am always at home. Safety is one of my top priorities and I don't say that just to say it or because it sounds good. It's true. My own dog had a bad experience and got hurt badly by another dog this sitter was taking care of. That's unacceptable! I know what it's like and I'm intentional in not allowing that to happen. • If the pet has socialization issues to the point I'm not able to serve other pet parents, that might incur in additional fees. • I operate with complete transparency, and my mission here is to serve you—to be your assistant and EXACTLY the help you're looking for right now. I'll provide as regular communication as you need and pictures of your blessing daily. My goal is your peace of mind and their comfort! • I encourage you to ask me whatever else you need to know!

About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners. I worked at Pet Suites and LifeLine, where I ensured all pets received their food and/or medicine in a timely manner. I have fostered dogs for Angels Among Us and found homes for all of them. I also take an interest in dog training. I’m not a licensed trainer, but I enjoy teaching dogs manners and tricks. I currently work part-time Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which means I have open availability in the mornings, evenings, and full availability on Fridays through Mondays. I’m very organized and plan my schedule carefully to ensure every pet receives the time, care, and consistency they deserve. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with other dog neighbors. There’s a lot of grass surrounding the complex. While at work, I prefer letting dogs roam unless they need to be in a crate.

As a former pet store manager, lifelong pet owner, and person who cares, I've had the opportunity to work with critters of all backgrounds and ages. Lots of experience with senior animals across a range of challenges. I work out of the house most days from 7am-5pm, but my wife is home most days during the week with the exception of Thursday and Friday. It's important for a pet owner to feel comfortable and confident in the person trusted with their pets safety and well being. As such, especially when in someone else's home, the best practice is to listen! Owners know their pet better than anyone, so it's important not to assume that we as caregivers always know what's best. Within our home, we have a large yard with diverse terrain and are off a series on low-traffic streets. Animals that get along will generally have run of the interior and when applicable to owner preferences, access to exterior. For those who have animals with a pre-disposition towards escape, we also offer a complimentary air tag tracker. This way you can rest assured your pet can be located in the case of an emergency.

Jonathan always takes great care of Olive! Olive truly enjoys going to his house and hiding in all of the blankets. This is my second time leaving Olive in his care, she was happy to be going back and I could tell she remembered spending time there, that put me at ease while I was out of town. My dog seemed to enjoy her stay with Trinity and Thomas. It gave me peace of mind knowing Trinity works as a vet tech and Thomas works from home, so my dog had plenty of attention. We also did a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure our dogs got along, which I really appreciated. It seemed like my dog got lots of playtime with their dog during her stay. I knew beforehand that their dog might tear up soft toys, so we only brought toys we were okay with parting with. However, one of my dog's hard toys and her food bowl also ended up getting chewed, which is not something my dog usually does. Just keep in mind if you bring any toys or food items that their dog may have access to, they may get chewed on.
Toriana took excellent care of my girl!! She showed me around her apartment during the meet and greet to make sure both Clara and I would be comfortable with the space. She is a great communicator-sent me updates daily and lots of pictures. After meeting Toriana I knew she would take great care of Clara. I highly recommend her services would love to book with her again!
We absolutely loved Tinsel’s stay with Nicole, and so did our dog! She had so much fun over the holiday at Nicole’s home. She had unrestricted access to a large, fully fenced backyard designed thoughtfully for dogs and plenty of space to explore indoors. Nicole was incredibly responsive and kept us updated with lots of adorable photos throughout the stay. We had a wonderful Rover experience and will definitely book with Nicole again! This was our first time using Rover, and Sarah made the entire experience easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive during the booking process and answered all of our questions promptly. Sarah was also very flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout Sparky's 4-night stay, she sent lots of pictures and regular updates, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how much fun Sparky was having. It was clear that Sparky received plenty of attention, care, and affection while she was with Sarah. In fact, by the end of the stay, we were joking that Sparky might not want to come home because she was getting so much love and attention! She looked happy, comfortable, and completely spoiled in the best possible way. We couldn't have asked for a better first Rover experience and would absolutely book with Sarah again. Our 18 year old dachshund had such a great time at Adam's. You could tell he felt comfortable and relaxed there. This says alot because our dog is normally an anxious old man when we go on vacation. Adam sent us pics daily and made sure Bentley didn't jump off of things (which is hard because he is impulsive as well). Adam's love for dogs is very apparent through his pet sitting skills. Highly recommend him for your dog's pet sitting needs!
I would first like to start out by saying I was a newbie at using Rover and boarding my dog. Shey and Michael were great with helping me feel comfortable. I have a large breed dog and they were knowledgeable and was able to take on caring for him. They did wonderful with updates. My dog, Bleu, got along very well with their dogs, especially Ocean! I had issues with my travel plans and they were flexible in allowing me to add on one more day at the last minute. I cannot rave enough about my booking. Definitely will be booking with them again!
Angelie was amazing with Huggy! He stayed with her for a full week while I was traveling, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in her care. She has great experience with dogs of all sizes, including Golden Retriever, and was very confident handling Huggy while he was still recovering from the neuter surgery. She sent lots of updates and photos, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the stay. Her two dogs, Chloe and Cookie, are adorable and very sweet. Even though they’re smaller than Huggy, they got along really well, and it was clear she managed introductions thoughtfully and safely. When I needed to extend the stay, she was flexible and accommodating without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. Angelie is easygoing, kind, and clearly cares about the dogs she watches. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her.
I usually never do reviews. But if you need your pet taken care of, Gianna is that person. If I could leave Gianna any more stars I would! She’s so attentive and kind. She took care of my sweet boy for a little over a week and constantly gave me updates. It gave me a piece of mind knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely be rebooking.
