Georgia can be an anxious girl, and one of the things we appreciated most was how patient and thoughtful she was with her. She really respected Georgia’s boundaries and let her build confidence at her own pace. It was clear that she genuinely understood that every animal is different and deserves individualized care. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Honestly, Georgia had a vacation of her own while we were on ours! She has a beautiful, spacious, fenced-in area for the animals, and Georgia clearly had the BEST time at the farm. Our girl also had a little hot spot that needed some attention, and our sitter kept a close eye on it and cared for it so well that it improved tremendously while she was there. And when we picked Georgia up, she had even had a bath! She was also incredibly kind when I had to cancel one day at short notice. I didn’t expect a refund at all (even told her not to worry about it), but she immediately sent one without hesitation. That really speaks to the kind of person she is. From the communication and professionalism to the genuine care and patience she gave Georgia, this was truly an exceptional experience. We felt completely comfortable knowing our girl was in such good hands, and we will absolutely be back. We couldn’t recommend her enough! “Your pups would genuinely be missing out if you don't pick Emily as their caretaker. - She was incredible with our dogs and took such loving care of them. - She handled our dog's medication on perfect schedule - Sent us plenty of pictures and even videos to make sure we knew our pups weren't just doing okay, they were having the time of their lives. Our dogs were excited to see us, but clearly sad to leave when we came to pick them up. It's also worth mentioning that this was a last minute booking that she took on to help us out. When I reunited with Kaussie, it was evident that Kaussie had already fallen in love with Brenda and her family due to the exceptional care he received. Also, Scooby played so well with Kaussie that I was overjoyed to see Kaussie make a new friend. Most of all, Brenda's backyard is incredibly spacious and securely fenced, so Kaussie might have been reluctant to come back to his home, lol. Choosing Brenda might have been a coincidence, but I truly believe it was the luckiest decision I made!”

“What I liked best about my boarding experience with Ruben & Brendalee it that they are a whole team that loves dogs. They have kids that love playing and snuggling with the dogs. My dogs loved them. I had to go on an emergency trip, and I brought 2 dogs with cones on their head because they where just fixed. The other dog was dirty from playing in a sandy yard. They took great care bathed them and washed their blankets. I was very happy to see the level of care they offered. They also sent me updates and pictures of the dogs. This was a two week stay.”
