About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have plenty of hands-on experience from caring for my own dog, who is about 100 pounds! Having a large dog has made me very comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I also trained her myself, so I have experience with basic commands, routines, leash walking, and being patient and consistent. I know how important it is to trust the person taking care of your pet, so I’ll always make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love. I’ll treat every pet I care for like they’re my own! Pet care fits really well into my daily routine, and I have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to make plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention. I’m used to planning my day around my own dog’s needs, so caring for pets is already a normal part of my everyday life. I’m also flexible throughout the week and can work with different schedules depending on what you and your pet need! I always make safety and comfort my top priorities when caring for someone’s pet. I’ll follow any instructions and routines the owner provides, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any specific rules they have for their pet. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and are never put in an unsafe situation. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’ll also be respectful of their space and make sure everything is kept clean and secure. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, so I’ll always care for them like I would my own!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the last 18 years, since I was six years old! I understand that pets are members of the family, and I will treat your pets with care and compassion! I can walk, run, play or do whatever is necessary to make your pets happy! I work from home with flexibility, so I am available at most hours of the day to walk. In the evenings, I am free whenever for home stays. I can care for pets in my clients homes. There is a potential they can stay in my home for short stays as well, which is in a peaceful, residential neighborhood.

About: Howdy! I’m a EMT student trying to incorporate my love for animals in with keeping in shape for my next career. I’ve lived and worked on farmland all my life — I’m not phased by aggressive *livestock*, much less a reactive dog! I spend a lot of my time currently training dogs for people in need, and working with shelters to help their nervous dogs develop some adoptable skills. I’ve also been volunteering with disabled animals (wildlife and domestic alike) since I was in middle school, in rehab facilities and as a home foster, and I’m very accustomed to delivering meds to all the most resistant patients. They’re a part of my daily function — they eat when I eat, I don’t go for runs without them, and if I’m going to any pet-friendly store they can behave in, they’re already in the car. My pets and any others in my care are not only my first priority in terms of safety, but in fun! My career and lifestyle has had me naturally trained in pet aggression and reactivity, including muzzles and muzzle training, crate training, heavy leash pulling etc.

About: I have experience with pet sitting for about four years now. This includes cat sitting, dog sitting/walking, and even working at a doggy daycare for a year and a half! About: I've interned at a animal clinic for a year, and and have taken care of an elderly dog who needed medicine and rescue dogs. my goal is to make your pet feel at home even when you're gone. I can walk you're dog as much as they need it, I see it as a priority. The rescue I sat for was called "Compassiant Pet Rescue" located in South Florida, In high school I took part in a vet class where I earned my certificate; I interned at a pet clinic for a year, and volunteered at the Humane Society for 2 years giving the dog love and affection, cleaning cages and working in the kids camp,Before working as a camp counselor I was in the camp since the age of seven. About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.

About: Pets are a huge part of my life. I currently have a dog named Ava and a cat named pistol. I have had multiple pets throughout my life. I enjoy getting to spend time with other anaimals as well. I am big on “doggy manners” and am good at teaching them to your furry friend. During my visits, I will walk, play and spend time with your dog/cat. I have walked many dogs, and enjoy connecting with them all. I’m available in the mornings and afternoons, and sometimes in the middle of day depending on the day of the week. I look forward to getting to know your furry companion 🤍🤎 Im currently a stay at home mom. My child attends school from 8-3. I am a student; but like to take a few breaks a day to go out. I have a fenced in yard. We spray our yard for ticks and other mites to prevent them, and regularly take our animals to the vet.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for about six years now, I started helping my sister when she originally joined Rover. It got to the point where we had our regulars and their dogs became family to us! Long story short, she moved and I still have a few regulars, but I have some extra time on my hands because of my school schedule and am excited to meet some new pets :) I am currently a student at UF (last semester woohoo!) and have classes Tuesdays-Thursdays. All other days I am typically available, just need a bit of a heads up :) I also have some time midday Tuesday in between some classes. I always take care of dogs how I wish others would take care of mine. I am a strict rule follower and will care for your pets exactly how you want me to (plus some extra cuddles)! About: I grew up surrounded by my pets, and when I came to the US for grad school I was at least relieved to know that they are with my family, in safe hands. They are 4 crazy dogs, ranging from seniors to young adults now. I miss them so much and will love spending time with your pets here, while also making some extra cash to send goodies to mine and my family. I will follow all your instructions and I'll love every second I get o spend with them. I cannot take them to my apartment at the moment, because my landlord doesn't allow pets, but I can go to your houses to take proper care of them as needed. My schedule is very flexible, and most of the times, I only need my computer to be able to work, which will allow me to work around your pets schedule. Unfortunately, the apartment where I live here doesn't allow pets, but I'm willing to go to their homes to feed them, play with them, take them out for walks, or anything as instructed by their owners.

I am up early and can walk dogs/ check in on pets before I head to work. I am also free most evenings and on the weekends. My senior dog recently passed so I do not currently have any dogs in my home. I do have a fenced in courtyard but I prefer house sitting as this is usually easier for the animals in the home.

I have one dog, and I have to bring her with me if I am doing overnights at your house. If that is something you are not comfortable with, I might not be the best fit for you. If I’m just doing a drop-in visit or a walk she won’t be with me. I will leave her at my home. I appreciate you and I would love to care for your pet/pets! ❤️ In my home, my dog Lola has access to food and water 24/7, and I take her outside every 4 hours or so during the day. She lets me know when she needs to go outside. In your home, I can provide any feeding/walking schedule that your pet is used to. I’m very easy-going and adaptable to anything.
