About: I have had and taken care of dogs of all age ranges over the years. I used to foster and take in rescues, so I’m used to all types of doggie personalities, sizes and ages. My dogs are like my children, and I will treat yours with the same love and care as my own. I am experienced with smaller and bigger dogs, and am adaptable to whatever their routine and needs may be! I want you to feel comfortable, knowing your babies are being taken care of while you’re at work or away. I usually work Thursday through Saturday, but sometimes that changes. Even if I have something planned on a day off, it’s something I can usually work around a walk or drop in easily. I live in a home where my fur babies have a fenced in area, as well as a free roam area. Im okay walking your pup or letting them out into a fenced area, whichever you prefer. My pups are crate trained so I am happy to make sure yours is safe and secured in theirs before I leave if that’s something that you use for their safety. Each pet is different, so I will look to your instructions for specifics on how to handle your fur baby and make the visit most enjoyable for them.

About: I’ve been taking care of Dogs since I was 8 different types of dogs. This allowed me to understand different types of dog behavior. It's been a true passion of mine to take care of dogs. I'm currently free as of now. I have time to house sit just about anytime of the week whether it's a weekend or a weekday at any time scheduled. I have a fenced-in yard that sits around 2 acres which allows bigger or smaller dogs to be able to get their Exercise or space needed to play.

About: I have a flexible schedule! I am willing to work with you to give your dog the best care possible and make life easier for you! Dogs are welcome on furniture for cuddles and comfort. There is plenty of space inside for them to roam AND a patio/backyard area for fresh air. There is also a dog park in the neighborhood for your dog to play with other dogs if you want him/her dog to socialize. Exercising a dog isn’t always important! I have experience training dogs. I have been assisting in training future guide dogs for the past 3 years. I would love to take in your cute pups even if they are not potty trained; I have experience and am willing to help potty train or any other forms of training you would like your pup to continue while you are away. I am also willing to administer any medications your dog needs during his/her stay. I am here to make your life easier and give your dog the best experience possible! I will play, walk, cuddle, and love all fur babies! Dogs of any age (as long as they have some vaccinations), size, and gender are welcome in here!

I'm an honest and simple person - I love spending time with dogs and cats so I'd never cut my services short. I feel very drawn to animals and feel passionate about caring for them so their well-being is my duty and I will care for them like my own. I have worked for a petsitting company for over three years here in Gainesville and 2 years back in Finland before I moved here - working with lots of different kinds of dogs (big, small, energetic, traumatized ones etc) and cats (some very spicy ones). I provide anything your pet needs - energetic walks, cuddles, playtime , feeding, medications etc! As a mom of two cats I'm very familiar with cat care - be it fierce playtime, cuddles or respectful distance. With all pets I give them time to feel safe with me and I'm always read their body language to ensure they feel comfortable.

About: I have had my own dogs and cats my whole life and currently have one dog and one cat. I worked at an animal shelter through high school with all kinds of dogs and cats and am comfortable with pretty much anything they can throw at me. Sometimes accidents happen and it’s ok and sometimes they get scared when new people are around which is totally understandable. I’m very comfortable being patient with any animal who needs a little extra love and understanding. I am currently a full time student and usually my day is pretty open on any day I don’t have class and in between my classes. I have two pets of my own who I get up early to take care of before class and always make sure I’m home to take care of after class. Weekends that I’m not visiting family are usually completely free as well. In a client’s home, the most important thing for any nervous pet will be respecting boundaries. I have a nervous girl dog and girl cat so I totally understand when they are a little hesitant to new people. But if they are sociable and want plenty of love I can absolutely give that too. I am very good at reading their body language and actions to determine what they want or need in the moment and will absolutely respect that their space if they want that.

About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.

About: Hi I'm Gabby! Animals have been part of my life for a long as I can remember. I grew up a horse girl and while living in China finally got my own dog, Taco, who I ended up bringing back here to the states with me. Currently, my family is Taco and my two foster fail cats, Khinkali and Aeon. Before moving to Florida, I ran my own pet sitting business in Cincinnati and fell into the niche of working with animals who had behavioral issues- from cats who had severe fear of strangers to dogs who had to be specifically handled due to their aggression. Routine is so important to the well being of our pets and the ability to get out and live our lives is so important to the well being of ours. My goal is to make life easier for you and your pet and make finding a pet sitter the least stressful part of pet ownership. About: I’ve work with dogs and other animals for the last 8 years. From puppies to seniors and everything in between. I’ve also helped train a few service dogs and actively show and compete in sports with my own dog. My life is centered around my dog and I work from home. I can be extremely flexible to fit almost any need or rigorous schedule. I have an apartment by myself, with my 1 dog, with nice trails and fenced in areas to let pets play off leash. I also have different enrichment toys and other exercises for physical and mental stimulation.

About: I have been caring for animals my whole life, including having had cats, dogs, fish, and as a pet. I am familiar with caring for older animals that have lost the ability to fully care for themselves, caring for puppies or kittens, and pets with disabilities (blind, or sick etc.). So I am qualified to care for a pet at any age and just about any level of health! I work my own hours at my job and I have no scheduled weekly activities so I am free to come by and help at almost any day/time! I care for my cat at home by spending time with her playing and cuddling when I am free, letting her curl up with me in bed, and having her sit with me while I cook or do homework! In a client's home I would be interacting with the pets, feeding them, walking them to give them good exercise (for applicable pets), giving them cuddles and love, and providing a safe, clean space for them!

About: I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I’ve raised my own chocolate lab the past 9 years as well as having dogs my whole life back home. I am a graduate student in Gainesville with very flexible class schedule at the end of week and have weekends free! I’m home a lot outside of class time.
