I went on a cruise and boarded her with popular company, her first time being boarded, they told me she didn’t eat, couldn’t be around other dogs because she was so scared, she had diarrhea vomiting and weight loss.the vet gave me meds for her for boarding , said it was separation anxiety.This cruise I found Alistar, what a treasure! He treated my baby like his own. She ate ( a lot) had zero issues and played with other dogs. I got videos and pics almost daily. Never once did she need calming medication. Not only does Alistar care but he’s knowledgeable in pet care as well. My furs baby had a wagging tail alot.”

From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly professional, communicative, and accommodating. “My dog seemed to enjoy her stay with Trinity and Thomas. It gave me peace of mind knowing Trinity works as a vet tech and Thomas works from home, so my dog had plenty of attention. We also did a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure our dogs got along, which I really appreciated. It seemed like my dog got lots of playtime with their dog during her stay. I knew beforehand that their dog might tear up soft toys, so we only brought toys we were okay with parting with. However, one of my dog's hard toys and her food bowl also ended up getting chewed, which is not something my dog usually does. Just keep in mind if you bring any toys or food items that their dog may have access to, they may get chewed on.”
