Great pet sitter!!! We left our 6 year old dog for 10 days with Ashley while we were abroad and we felt comfortable and confident the she would take good care of him. She would constantly update us daily, with photos attached, to let us know how he was doing. Trustworthy and a fully responsible sitter. Would definitely re-book with her for any occasion. And recommend her to whoever asks

Dana was very loving and kind to our Cocker Spaniel. Her fenced in backyard was a perfect size for exploring, yet staying close to the house. I definitely will be coming back?

About: I’ve been a dog owner for 18+ years, with years of trusted experience from neighbors, friends, and family who rely on me for high-quality care. What sets me apart is my attention to detail and the level of care I provide. I take the time to understand your pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs—whether that’s maintaining structure, supporting anxious pets, or giving extra patience and attention. I’m calm, dependable, and highly attentive, ensuring your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. I treat every home and pet with the utmost respect and professionalism. You can expect clear communication, regular updates, and peace of mind knowing your pet is in capable, trustworthy hands. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to take breaks with my 4-legged companions. I have 2 dogs (Riley and Bingo). They're friendly muts who love company. We have a one acre fenced-in backyard with lots of room to roam and explore. I always supervise the dogs to make sure they take breaks from playing to rest and drink water.

Anas and Tate are the best! They took great care of Kaine and Lyuba like their own. We appreciate the cute pictures and videos to keep us posted. There's nothing like confidence and assurance that your dogs are safe, comfortable and loved when you're away from them and that's what Anas and Tate gave us. So thank you so very much. Shalom did an amazing job watching my dog, Carti, while I was away for work. From the beginning, she was professional, communicative, and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout his stay, which gave me peace of mind and reassured me that he was having a great time. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Carti and treated him like one of her own. When I picked him up, he was happy, well cared for, and seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. I would absolutely trust Shalom to watch Carti again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Shalom!

My dog had a great stay with Adam. This was her second stay, and she was so excited to see him and both his dogs again. He even went out of his way to plan a play date between my dog and a dog friend she made on her first visit. My dog will continue to stay with Adam when she needs a sitter!

Alejandra was amazing! She kept me updated with pictures and videos letting me know how my pups were doing! Even took them to a dog park that is in her complex which is a huge plus and gave them a bath afterwards cause they got a little dirty. When I picked the dogs up they were in great spirits and got along great with her dogs who are super well behaved. 10/10 reccomend and will be using her again this weekend!

About: I always had cats growing up and have been a dog sitter for friends/family the past eight years. I’ve had a pup of my own for four years now and can’t imagine my life without her. I treat animals like children and understand how important it is to take care of others’ pets to their standard and beyond! I am a full-time teacher leaving my availability more limited during the school year but I am extremely open during the summer (unless I’m already booked). I do need a bit of notice but am willing to work out a plan at the last minute if possible! House sitting/Drop-Ins: I will always treat your home and belongings with the utmost respect. I’m a firm believer in leaving the home as clean or even cleaner than when I entered it. I will ensure your fur baby’s daily routine is met with careful attention to detail and comfort! Boarding: I have a fenced in backyard and a fur baby of my own to help keep yours company (but let’s do a meet and greet to make sure they get along to ensure their safety)! We love going on walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch in the backyard, hanging out inside in the AC during the hotter months, and cuddling on the couch. Sally is my only dog (Beatles is my sister’s and stays with Sally during our joint vacations). Sally is crate trained for anxiety while alone, so as a safety measure, you are required to bring a crate for your dog when boarding. Dogs will only be crated when we aren’t home. My husband will also help out with your fur baby at times, so if you’d like to meet him too, just let me know! :)

About: (¡Español es mi primer idioma, por si se te hace más cómodo/fácil hablarme en español!) • SATURDAYS ARE FOR FREE!! As a seventh-day adventist I observe the Sabbath, so I do not charge for Saturdays. However, I challenge you to use that money to help someone in need!🙏🏻 Drop off by Friday night: 100% off Drop off on Saturday 7am-11am: 50% off Drop off on Saturday 12pm-5pm: 25% off • There is an extra $5 charge for high energy dogs (meaning dogs that require constant/frequent attention, supervision and/or stimulation). Right now I'm preparing myself for a professional certification so I'd rather not be constantly interrupted and this is the condition I can provide to help you out. • 8 nights or more are $23/night (first adult dog) • 1 dog + 1 cat $30/night • $17/day (first dog) for 3 days or more of weekly daycare. Daycare is closed on Saturdays. • I encourage last-minute bookings! If your pet is socialized there shouldn't be any problem. In any case we'll talk about the details and I'll see if I can help you out💪🏻 • Important! Please, let me know of your pet's misbehaviors before booking. I'd really appreciate your honesty, especially if it's a last-minute booking. • Both my apartment and the surrounding neighborhood are very quiet and peaceful. There's a lot of green areas AND a small dog park where they can walk (or run) freely! • Your pet will be part of the family while they're here! They'll receive frequent attention and love if they need it or simple constant caring company if they just want that. • Cats are more than welcome! We love cats too—especially my mom. And don't worry about my dog; he has been surrounded by cats since birth, so he simply ignores them. I occasionally need sitters myself so I know how hard it is to find one that's not painfully expensive AND that you're comfortable with. That's why I want to provide the experience I'd love to receive myself: an affordable care for your pets IN COMBINATION with the most approachable and relaxed atmosphere for you as possible, ESPECIALLY if you're going away for weeks and if you have multiple pets! Let's face it. You're only looking for someone who'd simply be there and take care of them because there's no other option. You'd do it yourself if you could! So shouldn't you find sitters that make you (and your wallet!) feel at peace with leaving your loving companion behind? That's why I'm here to help! A pet parent for pet parents =) I am at home every day, all day long—except when I go out for groceries, which takes no more than two hours. Aside from that, I stay present and keep myself busy in the apartment. I cook, exercise, read, and am currently also studying for a professional certification. I don't have any visitors, nor do I go out for anything else. I moved in a few months ago. Here there's only my dog Mylo, my mother and me. • All of your pet's physical and emotional needs will be met—that is my absolute priority, including their absolute safety. • Regarding male and/or bigger dogs, since my dog is a bit picky at first with some of them, it may be necessary a 5-10 minute 'Parallel Walk' at the meet & greet. It’s the safest way to make sure both dogs are 100% comfortable before they share a home. Only then we'll know if I can accept your doggie. • Hey, we all want this to work out but if the dogs don't like it, well....that's why we do the meet and greet: to know if the choice fits everyone involved and choose accordingly🙏🏻 • I never give "human food" to pets. Occasionally, I share certain fruits with my own dog (specifically those that are safe and non-toxic for them) or, occasionally, a boiled egg; aside from that, nothing else. BUT, your pet will strictly follow the diet you specify. • I clean the bowl and pour fresh filtered water daily. • I have set my account available to no more than 2 pets at a time; however, it is worth noting that regardless of the number of pets present, I guarantee that I can manage their interactions appropriately, as I am always at home. Safety is one of my top priorities and I don't say that just to say it or because it sounds good. It's true. My own dog had a bad experience and got hurt badly by another dog this sitter was taking care of. That's unacceptable! I know what it's like and I'm intentional in not allowing that to happen. • If the pet has socialization issues to the point I'm not able to serve other pet parents, that might incur in additional fees. • I operate with complete transparency, and my mission here is to serve you—to be your assistant and EXACTLY the help you're looking for right now. I'll provide as regular communication as you need and pictures of your blessing daily. My goal is your peace of mind and their comfort! • I encourage you to ask me whatever else you need to know!

This was our first rover experience and we were nervous, but we will definitely use her again! Our dogs spent 5 nights at her house and came home very happy. That’s all we could’ve asked for! ♥️

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their High Springs home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
