I am a 4th(final) year Veterinary Student here at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. I have experience working with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities and love them ALL!! I am respectful and mindful of animal’s space, but happy to snuggle and play anytime they want. I plan to specialize in Small Animal Medicine(Dogs, Cats and Pocket Pets) and can’t wait to meet your fur-babies!!

I am happy to take walks outside around your neighborhood/apartment complex, or just let your pup out to potty and hang out with them playing or just petting them inside. I am very flexible as far as scheduling and planning my visits, so feel free to make special requests!!(Such as 20min of brushing, or extra time training basic commands or giving treats/monitoring enrichment!)

Margaret was so great!! I had to book this appointment VERYYY last minute and she went way out of her way to help me out. She made sure to check in every day and tell me how my kitty was doing & provide pictures. I’ll definitely be using her anytime I go out of town again.
Margaret watched my cat for a few days and did a wonderful job. My cat is very nervous around strangers and Margaret helped ease her anxiety and even got her to eat out of her hand (which my cat has never done before with a stranger!). She requires daily medication and specific instructions with her automatic feeder bowl - Margaret went above and beyond and we would love to have her back.
Maggie was AMAZING! She took the best care of our two dogs for over a week and she went above and beyond. She was timely and sweet and made sure our dogs were comfortable and well cared for! She took them for walks and fed them their treats and took lots of pictures to keep us updated on our trip! I would highly recommend her to take care of your fur children. She is definitely trustworthy and helpful and we appreciate her!
Maggie was wonderful! Very responsive, caring to both of our cats, and able to provide their supplements during meal times. Would definitely reach out to her again in the future!
Margaret was super sweet with me and with my cat! He’s a delicate boy and she managed his health perfectly!
Very attentive to our babies! Even our skittish Luna opened up to her near the end 😺 I would totally rebook Maggie again the next time I need a Rover. We are so very grateful for her help 💕

Schedule
I am not actively working at this time besides Rover(Vet School is a full time job!) I am in classes until December 2026, which means I am here in Gainesville for that time and have generally the same availability most weeks. I can drive anywhere in Gainesville within reason- I don’t often do overnight pet sitting, but am willing to discuss for the right dog!
