About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners. I worked at Pet Suites and LifeLine, where I ensured all pets received their food and/or medicine in a timely manner. I have fostered dogs for Angels Among Us and found homes for all of them. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since before I can remember! I’ve befriended dogs and cats with all kinds of personalities and temperaments (mostly medium-small breeds but I’m not afraid of big dogs!). My friend who is a professional pet sitter defers to me when they need someone to watch their fur babies (one of which is a reactive cattle breed). From the moment of our arrival, it was evident Ana's home is and all inclusive resort for all dogs of all ages and breeds! Ana, met me and my puppy outside and there was an instant connection not only between my puppy and Ana but the calming sense of she was someone I could trust with my baby. If a boarding stay must be ended for safety reasons, care may be converted to drop-in visits at your home for feeding, potty breaks, and companionship whenever possible. 🚗 Premium pick-up and drop-off For added convenience, I offer pet transportation as an optional add-on. I can personally pick up or return your dog along my existing daily route, allowing you to leave your dog comfortably at home without coordinating an in-person handoff. My goal is to be both your pet’s advocate and your peace of mind while you’re away. 🚨 Safety and stress policy Safety is always my top priority, both for your pet and for me. If a pet displays aggression, extreme fear, severe anxiety, or behavior that makes a visit unsafe, I will still make every reasonable effort to ensure their essential needs are met, including food, water, medication when safely possible, and potty access. However, I may modify or shorten the visit if continuing would increase stress or create a risk of injury. This is never done as punishment. It is a safety decision intended to prevent escalation and protect everyone involved. Any significant concerns will be clearly documented and communicated to you. 🛏️ Crate or confinement requirement for boarding For boarding stays, dogs must be comfortable resting safely in a crate, exercise pen, gated room, or behind another secure household barrier. This is a firm boarding requirement. At night, during meals when separation is needed, and anytime dogs cannot be directly supervised, boarding guests will be safely confined. This gives every animal appropriate space to rest and ensures all pets remain secure while I am sleeping, showering, completing household tasks, or briefly away from home. Crates and gated spaces are always used as calm, neutral resting areas, never as punishment. If your dog normally uses a crate, pen, gated room, or another confinement routine at home, please share the details with me so I can keep their stay as familiar and low-stress as possible. Dogs do not need to love being crated, but they must be able to tolerate safe confinement without panicking, attempting to escape, or injuring themselves. If your dog is not currently comfortable with any form of secure separation, boarding may not be the right fit at this time. In that case, drop-in care in their own home may be a safer and more comfortable alternative. This is non-negotiable.

About: My brother and I work from home, so your fur baby will get plenty of love and attention throughout their stay! I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, to include caring for senior dogs through end of life care. During the day I’m a special education tutor, so have tons of patience and empathy! I’m comfortable administering medication, caring for hot spots or other treatments to vet orders, and keeping a watchful eye while you’re away! Part time tutor, part time studying for law school, so your pup will get plenty of belly scratches and one on one attention. My dog loves being around other four legged friends, so they will have a built in bestie to run around with (or just sit around with). I either work from home or have two hour sessions with my clients. My brother lives with me, so someone will almost always be around to let the dogs out and give them plenty of love and attention. I have a fenced in backyard, with one playful and sweet young dog who loves everyone she meets. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since before I can remember! I’ve befriended dogs and cats with all kinds of personalities and temperaments (mostly medium-small breeds but I’m not afraid of big dogs!). My friend who is a professional pet sitter defers to me when they need someone to watch their fur babies (one of which is a reactive cattle breed). I’ve assisted with elderly dogs and helped to raise puppies and kittens from birth. Currently caring for a mother and kitten pair as a rescue effort, and co-parenting 2 lively pups! I am a recent UF graduate with a very flexible/open schedule. Pet visits and walks are a very welcome interruption to the typical daily hustle and bustle. As a caretaker I always try my best to learn the personality of your furry friend. I love getting to know animals and forming positive relationships for the best experience while their owner(s)/people are away. We also have two playful and friendly dogs who are great with both kids and other pups. They love making new friends, whether that means running around the yard, playing together, or relaxing inside. (And yes—zoomies around the house do happen from time to time!) Of course, any interaction with our dogs is always based on your comfort level and your pet’s needs. Our home is a loving, relaxed environment where dogs are treated like family. They’re welcome to snuggle on the couch, get plenty of exercise, and enjoy a consistent routine. Feedings are typically twice a day, with the occasional well-earned treat. While your pet is in my care, I’ll stay in close communication with you—sharing updates, photos, and reassurance so you always know your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I have had a dog since I was a kid and taken care of friends' dogs too. I love animals and will make your dog my own. I am not doing this to make money (that is why my prices are lower than most) but to teach my daughter responsibility. She loves dogs and all the money is going to her as she is my little assistant. I currently work full-time, but will take your dog on long walks (if desired) and give your little boy/girl lots of love and attention. If needed, I can come home during the day to let your dog out. I have a fenced in yard and a walking trail by my house. Also, lots of room and a kid to take care of and love your pup.

About: My brother and I work from home, so your fur baby will get plenty of love and attention throughout their stay! I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, to include caring for senior dogs through end of life care. During the day I’m a special education tutor, so have tons of patience and empathy! I’m comfortable administering medication, caring for hot spots or other treatments to vet orders, and keeping a watchful eye while you’re away! Part time tutor, part time studying for law school, so your pup will get plenty of belly scratches and one on one attention. My dog loves being around other four legged friends, so they will have a built in bestie to run around with (or just sit around with). I either work from home or have two hour sessions with my clients. My brother lives with me, so someone will almost always be around to let the dogs out and give them plenty of love and attention. I have a fenced in backyard, with one playful and sweet young dog who loves everyone she meets. We are a very dog focused household, and are in the process of installing a doggy door so the pups can go in/out as they please (when we are home, it will be locked when out running errands).

About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners. I worked at Pet Suites and LifeLine, where I ensured all pets received their food and/or medicine in a timely manner. I have fostered dogs for Angels Among Us and found homes for all of them. I also take an interest in dog training. I’m not a licensed trainer, but I enjoy teaching dogs manners and tricks. I have availability on Friday-Sunday. About: Having a pet in our home for the last 20 years, I welcome yours to visit! We have a 14 year old son who loves to play with all dogs. I do work 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Weekends I am home most of the day. Our 4 legged family members are ready for playtime when I get home so thats what they get! We have a large privacy fenced back yard to keep your fur baby safe. I can kennel when I leave for work. We have a rose bushes in the yard but no other plants to worry about!
