About: I've had and cared for pets my entire life. I've cared for dogs, cats, chickens, fish, ducks, snakes, a crab, hamsters, and rabbits, no partridge in a pear tree yet! I’m a graphic designer so I work from home. This mean I have very flexible availability to work from my clients home and give their pets a lot of extra love and care throughout the day. I also occasionally work on a farm but wouldn’t be away from my client’s pets for more than 4 hours. I am very thorough with my assessment and questions I ask when house/pet sitting at houses to make sure anything needed is available, or that I may be ready for any issue that may come up. I also LOVE to leave the house I'm sitting at better than I found it. My mother taught me at a young age how incredibly nice it is to return to a very clean house after a trip. It's a lovely gift I truly enjoy to give when I'm finished housesitting.

“Haeli is absolutely incredible! Haeli has taken care of our boys on numerous occasions, whether it’s a short weekend getaway or a two-week trip. Haeli has everything under control! Haeli also does a super job keeping us posted at all times!!”

“Rick was amazing dropping in for our two older dogs, one requiring several pills each visit. He made sure to let us know how they were doing. It made our trip so much easier knowing the dogs were getting great attention. We'll definitely be using Rick in the future.”

About: New to Rover, but I've been raising dogs all my life! My family had Labradors and Boxers, I adopted a Basset, and I married someone who loves her Maltese. My wife and I have a spacious house, a large yard, a covered deck, lots of napping couches, and several dog gates so we can give your pup as much supervision as you'd like. We can do meet and greet, a house tour, and an introduction to our own dogs, George (our Basset) and Milo (our Maltese). I work from home, which means your dog's schedule gets followed no matter what. I can easily accommodate frequent potty breaks, play sessions, cuddle times, feeding schedules, and walks. Our dogs (George and Milo) get time outside in the yard at each meal, at least one walk a day in the evening, and play time whenever they want it. Depending on your pup, they're welcome to join those routines, or do more or less. We have our home very intentionally set up for dogs. My work-from-home station consists of just a laptop, which means I can work from whatever room in our home makes your furry friend feel most at home. Our dog gates let pups roam while ensuring we can keep an eye on them. Our own dogs (George and Milo) are social but also independent, so if your pup prefers one on one time with humans, we'll make sure he or she gets it.

“Sophie is the best! She does drop in visits with my dog for me a couple of times a week and is so good with her! She is very reliable and is so nice and such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her for any of your needs! We love Sophie!!!”

About: I grew up on a small ranch caring for all kinds of animals: goats, chickens, parrots, bunnies, dogs, cats, and even fish. Being around animals has always been a part of my daily life, and I’ve learned how to care for them with patience, attention, and love. Whether it’s walking an energetic dog, helping with medications, or just giving a pet some extra attention while you’re away, I’m someone people trust to show up and care like family. No matter the size or species, I’m comfortable and confident handling it all. I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I’m currently home from college and mostly helping my parents out around the house, so my schedule is super flexible For drop-in visits, I typically stop by every 4 hours, starting around 8 AM and continuing until about 10 PM. I usually spend about an hour outside with your pup in the morning to get them some fresh air (and make sure they get that important morning potty break!). In the evening, I like to take them for a 30-minute walk to help them burn off energy before bedtime. My schedule is flexible, so I’m happy to adjust visit times or frequency based on your pet’s needs and your preferences.

“Amazing experience and I was so impressed with the pics and the updated. Hannah did everything that I asked and more. Her kids were a bonus for Harlie girl and she loved it!!! So happy to have this connection so close!”

“Craig took great care of my three cats while I was away, he spent time with them and gave each of them all the attention they wanted. Craig brought in my mail, emptied my dehumidifier every day and kept my house looking lived in. I will definitely use Craig in the future and can highly recommend his services.”

About: I drove through a tornado in 2024 to get home and get my 3 dogs and 1 cat to safety. I believe pets are just as important as family and treat them as such. I work a few hours late in the afternoon and have plenty of availability to help others by tending to their pets when they can't. I will follow the owner's wishes as far as checking in on their pets. Potty breaks, feeding, and lots of attention. I will treat their pets like my own - they are my priority and I take the responsibility seriously. My three dogs are my family and those that know me will attest to my love for pets. I am very protective of their welfare and have their best interests at heart.

“My dog Kashew immediately loved Ann. She did a great job and is clearly great with animals! Kashew is epileptic and I felt comfortable leaving him with her if he had had a seizure.”

About: I have taken care of dogs most of life, six dogs in total. Most recently I had a German Shepherd, Australian Cattle dog mix name Waylan. I started with Rover over 4 years ago and have sat for over 50 clients and 82 pets. To name a few I have taken care of Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Australian Cattle Dogs, Great Dane, Bearded Collies, Bearded Dragon, Mice, Hedgehog, and many cats. All from different families and all in-home stays. I consider myself an observant and knowledgeable animal lover. When it comes to special skills, I have experience training and administering medicine. My work schedule is M-F, 8:30 to 5pm in-office. Outside of those hours, I spend with your pets. Despite working full-time in-office, the happiness and safety of your pets is still my number one concern. I am looking forward to the care and attention I can give your pets in their home environment. I have experience taking care of dogs on farms, in apartments, and town homes.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 6 years, and it’s truly one of my favorite things to do. I grew up with two family dogs who I still help care for regularly. I am experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and lots of love! Whether it’s keeping a consistent routine or just giving extra cuddles, I’ll treat your pet like a part of my own family! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I work on a flexible schedule, which allows me plenty of time for walks, play and check-ins throughout the day! Whether it’s early mornings, midday walks, or evening sitting, I can make sure your pet get consistent attention and care! In my home: I provide a cozy, pet-friendly space with plenty of playtime, walks and snuggles. In your home: I treat your space with the same respect I would my own. I follow your instructions closely, keep things tidy, and make sure your pets get the same love and attention they would if you were there!

About: Hello my name is Jason and I have grown up with dogs my entire life. My most recent dogs were a yellow and black lab (Cooper and Carter). As they aged, Cooper became a diabetic which required insulin shots twice a day. Unfortunately he also loss his eye sight because of it. I was his eyes and he trusted me where ever we went. “Sarah and Alex were amazing with our dog. She's pretty shy and really just loves hanging out indoors, so we’re always a bit nervous leaving her with new people. But they made her feel right at home from the start. They sent us updates without us even having to ask, notes about how she was settling in and a bunch of pics of her napping by their window and getting all cozy on her blanket. They even asked us about her evening routine to make sure she stayed comfortable. We’ve already talked with them about our next trip. Couldn’t recommend them more!”
