“Saying Janessa is a dog person is an understatement. I've always treated my pets like people, and Janessa is one of the only other people I've ever met who understands what that's like. She watched our cats for us while we were on vacation. Cats aren't her specialty (she's actually allergic), but she was fantastic. I'm a worrier and my cats are my babies. She made sure to spend time with them, sent me videos and even made extra trips to my house whenever I dreamed up an irrational fear (like my 11-pound cat prying open the windows and escaping to be eaten by a hawk). As good as she was with my boys, she is amazing with dogs. She's patient and has extensive experience with dogs with special needs. She's cared for dogs with a wide range of medical conditions. Special instructions are not a problem. She's owned and loved dogs with a wide rage of illnesses such as cancer and Addison's disease. When a treasured dog of hers needed a wheelchair she gladly assisted her fur-baby with all the messy day-to-day tasks that go with a dog with serious special needs. In short, she's loving and accommodating with dogs of all types, and understanding of those of us who treat our pets like family. I've never known anyone I'd trust more with the care of my fuzzy-butts.”
