About: Growing up, my grandma always had a dog, and my family has had a number of dogs throughout the years. The dogs that my family has had ranges from small dogs (<20 lbs) to now two bigger dogs (~80 lbs). I am used to dogs of all kinds of temperaments, and senior dogs hold a special place in my heart! I currently am working part-time, so I can fit in pet care around the days that I do not work. In addition, my schedule is very flexible, especially with drop-in visits. I make sure to update my availability regularly, as well! I’m more than happy to go along with your guidelines on house/ pet sitting. I make sure that I read the guidelines very carefully and will contact you if I have any further questions. I live at home with my mom, so pet care in my home is off the table unfortunately.

As well as keeping the environment safe, I ensure the animals feel safe too. Giving attention to all the sweet dogs and cats help make sure they are comfortable and enjoy human company. I am experienced in shy pets as well as high energy! I am home throughout the entire summer and have all the time for ensuring every pet need is taken care of. I have no other on-site work related conflicts. I have a fenced yard and no personal pets so there will be no worries about your animal getting along with another. At your home, I am willing to crate if needed or provide elaborate fun treats, etc.

About: I have taken care of dogs most of life, six dogs in total. Most recently I had a German Shepherd, Australian Cattle dog mix name Waylan. I started with Rover over 4 years ago and have sat for over 50 clients and 82 pets. To name a few I have taken care of Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Australian Cattle Dogs, Great Dane, Bearded Collies, Bearded Dragon, Mice, Hedgehog, and many cats. All from different families and all in-home stays. I consider myself an observant and knowledgeable animal lover. When it comes to special skills, I have experience training and administering medicine. My work schedule is M-F, 8:30 to 5pm in-office. Outside of those hours, I spend with your pets. To ensure the best care for your pets, I ask for at least a day’s notice when scheduling or canceling visits. Since this is my main source of income, I can be consistent and dependable, giving your pets the attention and routine they deserve. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. Dogs are always leashed during walks, and I adjust routes or pause if other dogs are nearby to ensure a calm, controlled experience. I’m comfortable caring for multiple pets at once, as long as they get along well. I handle pets with anxiety, aggression, or medical needs carefully, following all instructions from their parents. During drop-in visits, I take my lead from pet parents and follow any guidance provided, ensuring I leave the home exactly as I found it — doors locked, secure, and everything in order. My goal is to provide a safe, consistent, and worry-free experience for both pets and their families.
