I knew I wanted to make sure they had someone who could not only to feed them twice a day, but provide a presence for them. Jason took care of our cats while we were gone and when we arrived, it was like they hardly noticed we were gone. They were happy to see us, of course, but they were perfectly content and happy when we got home. Jason gave us constant updates and photos during our trip and honestly left our home better than he found it (we gave it an honest go of cleaning before leaving!). About: Growing up, my grandma always had a dog, and my family has had a number of dogs throughout the years. The dogs that my family has had ranges from small dogs (<20 lbs) to now two bigger dogs (~80 lbs). I am used to dogs of all kinds of temperaments, and senior dogs hold a special place in my heart! I currently am working part-time, so I can fit in pet care around the days that I do not work. In addition, my schedule is very flexible, especially with drop-in visits. I make sure to update my availability regularly, as well! I’m more than happy to go along with your guidelines on house/ pet sitting. I make sure that I read the guidelines very carefully and will contact you if I have any further questions. I live at home with my mom, so pet care in my home is off the table unfortunately.

About: I’m back after a short hiatus!! I’m a lifelong animal lover but cannot have pets of my own at this time because of my housing situation. But turns out, this works out perfectly! So many people need a loving, responsible and reliable person to care for their homes and pets while they are away, so I am able to help out and also get my puppy/kitty cuddle fix! My 22 year old daughter and I do many jobs together, so we are basically two sitters in one! (Of course, I am always the sitter on any job booked through Rover.)
