“Nicole was amazing! She has 3 well behaved beautiful dogs that got to play and distract Midas while we were gone. She also has some extra little hand that I am sure gave our dog so much love while we were gone! We got pictures daily! We were so happy that he was so well taken care of we would request Nicole anytime we are out of town. Highly recommend”

“Vance is the absolute best person we’ve ever had take care of our dogs! He is super friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. He reached out to me every day, sent me pics and videos of our dogs, and responded immediately every time I checked in with him. He has a beautiful house with a very high fence, which was important for us since one of our dogs is a high jumper. He even gave our dogs a bath before they came home! After meeting Vance, we never once worried about our babies. They were so well taken care of, and we loved that someone was with them 24/7. They also got to play with other dogs he was watching at the same time. It is apparent just how much Vance loves dogs, and how much dogs love Vance! We plan to always book with him in the future!”

“Slim loved his time with Keeley and Ethen. Usually he's grumpy when he comes back. He was happy and I think it helped he had other dogs to socialize with. I would highly recommend and use again.”

“Kayle and her family were amazing! They took such great care of my dog. They sent pictures and updates. I felt so confident that my pup was being taken care of and having fun while I was gone. I’m so grateful I found them on here! I will absolutely book them again :)”

“The most reliable, dependable, kind and generous sitters I could ask for. They are AMAZING people. We are going again for over a week, and I will not worry about our fur babies one bit!”
“Bryanne was amazing! She took very good care of my pup Apollo and he definitely seemed to have lots of fun! Very responsive and provided updates! We will definitely come back to her!”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Ian. He was available and accommodating for my two Frenchies. They had an extended stay with Ian and his fur babies and were returned to me happy and well kept! Ian kept us updated with information and photos as needed and was prompt to respond whenever we had questions! 100% recommend.”

“Our dog was recently struck blind, and it was nerve-wracking leaving her with someone else. Robert took excellent care of her, and sent us plenty of updates to keep our minds at ease.”

“Emily took great care of our senior dog. She kept us updated throughout our trip and was flexible when we dealt with an unexpected delay. We will definitely use her services in the future and would recommend her to any pet owner. Thank you, Emily!”
“Andrea was absolutely wonderful with Pandy! She was very careful, attentive, and made sure Pandy was comfortable and well-cared for throughout her stay. One thing I really appreciated was how thoughtfully she documented Pandy’s activities, she has an amazing eye for photography and shared lots of adorable pictures that truly captured Pandy’s personality. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Pandy was in such good hands.”

“My two fur babies loved staying with Susan and her friendly handsome dog, Norman. This was the first time we had Susan watch them and it was for 10 days. Susan sent pictures every day and I swear the pups were smiling in every picture. There were even pictures of my pups sleeping and cozied up to her dog. I will definitely be using her again as I feel confident they are getting great care and more importantly a lot of love...”

About: I have always had dogs. I have trained dogs for years, including hunting dogs. I have helped others with their animals throughout the years as well. I also take care of a farm and their animals from time to time just north of Omaha she would be a reference. I work remotely, so I’m home all the time unless I need to run a quick errand. There is direct access into my apartment, so no need to go through hallways. I will treat them like they’re my own and we walked every day. I have a park here. I also live right next to Lake Zirinsky so taking a walk at the park is easy.
About: Your dog(s) deserve a safe, comfortable, and caring home away from home. I provide personalized dog boarding and care services with plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection. Whether you're away for a weekend or an extended trip, you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family members are treated like my own. Services include boarding, daily care, feeding, walks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and regular updates while you're away. —I look forward to caring for you furry friends. Working from home allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Being home most of the time, allows the dog(s) to receive regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, feeding, and companionship rather than being left alone for extended periods. Dog care naturally fits into my daily routine, with dedicated time for walks, outdoor play, cuddles, and individualized attention, ensuring each dog feels comfortable, safe, and part of the family while in my care. My home provides a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for dog boarding. I have a fully fenced backyard that offers plenty of secure space for potty breaks, playtime, and outdoor relaxation. Dogs are free to enjoy fresh air, explore, and stretch their legs while being closely supervised. Your pup will also have the companionship of my friendly Brittany Spaniel, Zoey. She loves spending time outdoors, playing with new friends, and then curling up on the couch for a well-earned nap. Whether your dog enjoys active play or simply relaxing in a cozy home environment, they'll be treated like part of the family during their stay.
“Angela was wonderful, I highly recommend her for your pups stay. She was very attentive to my senior pups needs and quirks. Sparrow is high energy and has obsessive compulsive tendencies, Angela went out of her way to adapt to her needs. I will definitely be booking with Angela again!”

“This family is the best. Hannah and Will were so accommodating and kind and attentive to not only our dog but to us as well. This was the first time we used Rover in about 3 years so I was pretty particular. Hannah and her family were a perfect fit for our 4 yr old pup. They have two other dogs who were so playful and welcomed mine rt into their pack. They also have two young daughters who knew exactly how to safely approach our dog for the first time and all times after that. They were excellent listeners to their parents and were thoroughly excited to welcome our dog into their home. And within a few hours …maybe minutes…our dog was snuggling rt up to them. Hannah was an excellent communicator and sent many photo updates! They even taught him to “stay” out of kitchen while they ate, as do their other 2 dogs. We have already booked her for July. Thank u Hannah and Will.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NE ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
