“We appreciated Kristen's openness and ability to meet us before our pups stay. She was amazing with our girls! We got texts, picts, and videos while we were away. She was super responsive to our texts and made us feel comfortable leaving our pups with her. We will definitely book with Kristen again!”

About: I’ve had dogs since my early 20s and have always considered them true companions and members of the family. Our own dog has used Rover many times, so I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to leave your dog with someone new. That experience shapes how I care for others’ dogs: I’m attentive, communicative, and intentional about creating a calm, predictable environment. I follow routines closely, pay attention to cues and behavior, and make sure each dog gets the level of interaction and supervision they need to feel secure. Because I work from home full-time, dogs are rarely alone and are supervised throughout the day. I’m able to let dogs out frequently, take walks, provide playtime, and respond quickly if something seems off. I’m comfortable coordinating feeding schedules, administering basic medications if needed, and adjusting care based on your dog’s preferences and needs. My goal is simple: for your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, and for you to feel confident knowing your pup is in capable, loving hands. Because I work from home, I’m always around to supervise, let dogs out, go for walks, and respond quickly if anything comes up. If your dog has a particular routine or timing they’re used to at home, let me know! I will do my best to mirror it so they stay comfortable and settled during their stay. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. We provide a calm, loving home environment where dogs are supervised, included in daily life, and treated as part of the family. Our home includes a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and regular potty breaks. We have a friendly, well-socialized dog who is accustomed to being around other dogs. All interactions are monitored to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. We also have young children, so it’s important that visiting dogs are comfortable around kids. Children are taught to be respectful of dogs’ space, and all interactions are supervised.
“I am so happy to have found Melissa. She has a back yard, toys, and children who all greatly enriched my dogs’ stay with them. I left my dogs for a whole month, and she sent me pictures of them every week. I am so happy that I chose to board with her.”

“We had the most pleasant experience! This was our first time ever using Rover, and they made it such a positive one. They kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dogs were receiving lots of love and attention! We honestly felt like they were being spoiled the entire time! They truly went above and beyond for our pups and treated them as if they were their own. Their care, communication, and kindness made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them with our dogs again. ❤️🐾”

About: I’ve had a dog in the home for almost my entire life, and got my first on my own during Covid to have a friend around 😊 My second dog moved in two years ago. I work full-time from home, so, other than leaving once a day for working out at the gym, my schedule is flexible to fit around your pet’s needs. I have a fenced yard and two dogs who love to play. I allow dogs on the furniture and have a gate to prevent them from getting downstairs. My neighborhood is quiet and great for walks.

Kelsey and family helped take care of my baby Blue while dropping my son off to college. It was such a great feeling knowing my dog could lounge on their bed & couch/sunbathe on the porch/have lots of affection and attention. It helped me to focus on a big chapter in my son’s life, thanks to their great care. 🌸
