These two are particularly so, as they are also rescues from Mongolia via the wonderful LA-based Camp Cocker Rescue. They are always so happy to see Josette, which includes lots of jumping, and Josette calms them right down. We feel so comfortable leaving our pups with Josette. She is so on top of the all the details of the dogs. We know they are so well taken care of, very safe and very loved. About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My specialty is in training dogs -- I spent about 6 years as a puppy-raiser for Guide Dogs of America, which entails training, socializing, and loving a young pup until they are about 1.5 years old and pass their test to start more intensive training at a guide dog school. Since then, I've trained my own dogs as well as those of friends and family, and have learned many, many tricks of the trade and dealt with quite the range of ages, breeds, and temperaments :) I've also been lucky to have lots of pet-sitting opportunities and really enjoy getting to know and love so many animals. I make it a special point to include some training with every job, as it makes each owner super happy (and my life easier too!). I really love cats as well and while I have not explored much in the training arena with them (though I've seen it done!), I love to snuggle and play -- or give space to -- these excellent furry friends. I work remotely and part-time, so I can give each animal all the time and love they need (even the neediest --- and let's face it, we have a lot of extra love-hungry pets out there). In your own home, it's your rules - I'm flexible and have a variety of experience. Just let me know their routines, and I'll make sure the critters get what they need.

He's true to what he says on his profile about really caring for your pet and it showed during our 7 day vacation where Jack stayed overnight and treated our boys with patience and love. He sent regular updates and pictures and with an older dog needing that little extra time and attention, he made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely use Jack again!

Marina was absolutely fantastic! She cared for our two dogs and cats with so much love and attention while staying in our home. Our energetic pup, Mabel, got all the playtime and cuddles she needed and our shy cat, Bear, even came out of her shell. We especially loved the regular photo updates that showed everyone happy and relaxed. The house was spotless when we returned and it was clear our pets safe and loved.
